ABC Discount Wine & Spirits

I've been coming into the store since I moved into my home nine years ago across the street. All summer long I've been able to come in and out of the store without a mask. Today I walked in and the girl behind the counter was beyond rude once I stepped up to the counter with my purchases. When I walked in no one said a word, as I shopped no one said a word, but when I went to check out they told me I had to put a mask on in order to serve me. They did not ask if I had a medical condition. Worst customer service ever!

This isn't my regular stop for adult beverages but it's an ABC. Great selection of wine, spirits, craft beers, etc. I always get amazing service at this location, just like any other ABC location. Convenient location if you are on the NW side of Wichita.

The staff at ABC are always friendly and there to help you find what your looking for. If they don't stock it, they'll get it!As the name implies, they are very competitive.

I'm a wine drinker and this liquor store is like wine heaven. They have so many selections it's crazy. The staff is friendly, entertaining and knowledgable, which helps when it comes to trying to make a decision. The only thing that doesn't make this review a 5 is the fact that 3 of my 4 favorite bottles of wine were significantly more expensive here. I was a little surprised by that but everything else is great in my book!

We shop here regularly because of the convenience, and the customer service inside is great whenever I have questions. BUT, when I have a cart full of over $200 of beer, wine, etc...I expect a little help out with it! Happens EVERY time! And I don't even go during the busy times! Thank goodness we don't get our mini kegs here...at least Rob's World of Beers carries them out for me!
