Abbey's Best Buy Carpet

The sales staff and manager at Abbey's Carpet were very difficult to deal with. We had a hard time getting an estimate from them to carpet 6 rooms. When we did, they indicated they could save us some money as we were being to conservative on our measurements. Then when we cut back the waste saving over 3 yards they told us it would be the same price. It took 5 times asking about the different carpet pads to find out which one they quoted. Even then they would not give us a price difference for the different pads.When I contacted the chamber to ash if they knew someone over there that may be able to follow up and help us get the carpet ordered, I got a call back from their manager telling me we can take our business elsewhere. Not the best way to treat a customer.I have been in construction for 42 years and have ordered carpet many times. Never have we had this much trouble!

I had a great customer experience here. The staff in the store was helpful and friendly. I turned to Abbey's after not having good luck with other places in town being timely. I was able to get installers in almost immediately; they were fast and did a nice job too.
