Avoid game room at all costs. 1/2 the games don't work, are missing pieces (air hockey didn't have a puck, balls missing, etc.) and tickets don't record on cards. Nothing more aggravating to young kids the watching them win 1000 tickets in a jackpot at they start to cry because they can't get get more than a pack of gum.

I have called your establishment so many times asking about open lanes open bowling what the wait is and so on and so forth tonight we get there at 6:30 to stand in line so that we could get a lane after the tournaments and I get to the counter and was asked by the gentleman do I have a reservation?? A reservation, what?! never ever ever in all of the times calling there and being there has anyone mentioned reservations! Yor website says it though right, oh NO it doesnt! So ridiculous, what GREAT customer service you have!! Very Disappointing!

Poor establishment with poor staff! Plenty of better options for family fun else where.

A bowling center with rooms for private parties and an arcade room. Facility was clean. Bowling was $12 per person for unlimited bowling, 2 hours.

Some lady friends and I came here on a Sunday afternoon on the first warm day this Spring to do some mini golfing. My friend had purchased a Groupon so the entire ordeal was pretty cheap. We only mini-golfed as an activity, so this is what my review will be based on. The mini-golf course stinks.I couldn't stand playing on this course.All of the holes were more-or-less the same. There were no cool contraptions like a ball-eating alligator (props to Cool Crest), no tunnels, or castles. Nothing but a simple green course to hit the ball on.My biggest problem was that there are these nasty ponds on the middle of the grounds. Every hole has a path that leads straight into the germ-infested ponds. There were even openings in the rock barriers that led straight into those darn ponds. It's like they set up the course so that your destined to that your ball into the ponds ATLEAST 10 times. You will spend the entire afternoon fishing your ball out of water. I really don't get it. The snack-counter guy was nice when we asked for 5 waters. Perhaps their bowling is fun? I also saw some sand volleyball courts. But that mini-golf course drove me crazy,.

Came here for a tourney. Seems fairly clean. The snack bar was very friendly, the rest of the staff was just kind of there. My biggest complaint would be that their bar area is kind of open to the rest of the facility so if you are at the higher numbered lanes you can really smell the smoke. They do have a nifty side lounge bowling area. Didn't bowl in it but looked like a neat place to have a get together.

Great customer service and food, bowling alley was very nice ! Highly recommend for families of all ages.

Over all just an ok experience. Enjoyable time with with family and friends, but the staff member got all of our games messed up. One group had four games and the other only had two so it didn't even out and they didn't care to fix their problem. Also, if you are not a smoker this is not the place for you. If you are, then you are in absolute heaven. It smelled stale and gross, everyone smelled terrible after leaving. I might consider going again, but I would really have to want to subject myself to the smoke smell, a person with allergies would be shooting themselves in the foot.

we played at the mini golf and was very disappointed. standing nasty dirty water flying bugs and greens not in great sharp. if cleaned up would be nice course.

We had our rehearsal/welcome dinner here the night before our wedding. We rented the party room and a few additional lanes to accommodate everyone. Fairly priced, good food, one of the cleanest and nicest bowling alleys I've been to, and everyone had such a blast! Definitely our new go to bowling alley!
