This place does not give your money back - all store credit....which sucks when they sell crap parts!

Car engine failed, was replaced at A-One Automotive, Hayesville, KS completed on Dec 12, 2017. Driving car back to Lawrence, car used 3 quarts of oil (dripping on ground). The following problems were found and repaired:Valve cover gaskets installed improperly, including O ring gaskets around 5 spark plugs.Splash guard on front dragging the ground.Car out of alignment.Exhaust pipe hanger loose.Drive shaft support bolts loose.Transmission pan dented and leaking.Thermostat supplied with new engine was openHeat control valve was never reattached, so there was no heat in the car.The cost of the repairs at Slimmers was $980Aaron Burgess at A-One Automotive has promised to cover this but has not gotten back to us. We have not received any money.

We were sold the wrong part. So when we took it back, they refused to give us our money back and yelled at our daughter. The part cost 488.25 originally, and after a lot of trouble, they finally gave us $300 of in store credit. The problem is after all that, we don't wish to shop there ever again. It wasn't our fault that they gave us the wrong part, so why were we punished for it. Feeling ripped off.
