are you kidding me? i do not even want to give these snake oil salesmen a star for a rating. actually, i am debating on taking them to small claims court and getting them to pay for my lawyer? these people gave me a small loan, on jewelry that was over 5 times the amount of what they even had to give at the time.now, "pay attention", and i mean, "real good". wichita, kansas is full of bottom of the barrel human trash, "no doubt about it". but, i am one of the few that work and i only dealt with these people on a temporary basis. i brought them a chain, bezel and a platinum american eagle coin in the bezel. and, they took it apart, charged me, and then wanted to charge me again, when i went to pick it up and it was "broken". the manager, "bryan", didnt want to do anything at all to fix the problem. basically, because of their lack of experience, and their pure american greed, to verify that the coin was real, when in fact all of my jewelry is real, and they knew that from the start. they, were "responsible for the bezel being broken", and the coin having more scratches on it, because these people just dont care and they know that if they "damage the item", they can try to get away with stealing it from people. like i said, in beginning. the bottom of the barrel people, in wichita, kansas do not work, and never will, if they were being paid $90/hour. but, my gold and platinum is real, and the lawsuits that i won are real also. alot of people in the area, can not fathom that, but oh well. that is the way the ball bounces. but, i do not want to even deal with this pawn shop again. the other a okay, pawn shops in the area, i have never had a problem with, and they know how "famous", i actually am. hell, it will only be a matter of time, before i vacate the area, permanently. but, like i said, "bryan", the manager at that pawn shop at amidon, was told that day, that i am considering suing them in small claims court, but for the aggravation, it may be more, if i go that route because of the costs of my lawyer and para legal team that i have secured. in my opinion, some people deserve the nonsense that they get, especially in this deprived area, of wichita, kansas. but, not everyone. they do not give people any good amount for the loans that they give to people, and i dont know why everyone doesnt just boycott this business, altogether, and stay away from them? that is what i am doing, and hopefully, they understand that their practices are deceptive and eventually other people will start suing these people too. often, people do not know their legal rights, and that is often because of the area that we are in. but, i am living proof that the legal system works, and that is why you can find me at, "kansas star gold and silver coins, in the wichita, kansas area near kellogg and oliver near all the other pawn shops and 1 hour jewelry repair, and that is why i never want to deal with that pawn shop again. celebrity christopher and penelope fountain on all of social media is where you can find me until you see me on television in the future. but, of course, i have to broadcast this story all over social media, and why wouldnt i? there i strength in #'s and that is why i am saving others from being a victim of this "greedy establishment", that preys on the "poor". but, guess what? bryan, we are not all poor, i just settled two lawsuits and it looks to me like it will eventually be 3. have a good day, and look for all of my other mass communications on this topic and bad experience. check out www.ripoff report.com, also. kansas star gold and silver coins 316-806-1198 and this company is mine, and run by appointment only. i will pay you more for precious metals than this snake oil salesman could ever. call me today. christopher fountain. thanks, for reading, i feel like i have to get my message out to the public before there are more victims. as for "bryan", the manager. i dont care if he likes this or not. he may not have a choice if i subpeona him to court.

They sold a us an engagement ring that was missing a diamond. When we took it back they said "they are unable to fix it" even though they promised they would. They said I can upgrade to a different ring but they do not have any I like and they are just trying to get us to spend more money. They have completely ruined my engagement experience.

I was informed what they would do on the phone then when you arive in person totally different! I was upset waisting my time! Run (repeat) run from this company changes rules daily!

The best a-ok in the city. They are always so nice and let us keep our item on layaway a couple weeks longer so we could get it. We constantly do business with them because of how nice they are. We don't like the other a-ok's in town

hello my name is christopher fountain and i'm the most famous celebrity on the galaxy in the internet. the purpose of this review, is to tell everyone not to shop at this aok pawn shop on amidon in wichita kansas. first of all the owner or the manager appears to be a crook in my opinion. and we're talking about deceptive trade practices that i'm going to expose him for. i had to do a loan on a platinum coin and a gold bezel. and in order for him to do the pawn he wanted to verify that the coin was real which it is of course. he had his jeweler take the coin out of the bezel and the jeweler broke my bezel. believe me when i tell you this i will never spend another dime in the store when i don't have to. i have a few things that i'm picking up from them, and then i'll never see these people again. i don't want to be ripped off by anyone. and he wouldn't do anything at all to fix a problem. he even charged me at the time that i got a loan, and then told me that the coin would be back to normal by the time i picked it up. that was in fact a lie. crooked people in my opinion and i don't want to have anything to do with any of them ever again.

I've had great success and luck with any purchase I've made and the staff is very great.

The store is a thief. Call to see when I owe on my items in pawn and, get went and got a print out. Still pulled my item and, sold it. The store is ran by complete trash

Great staff, knowledgeable and willing to share knowledge about stones, diamonds and otherwise. Great repair service. I would live to see some classes offered on jewelry.
