A & R Countertops

Update. They sent Luis and he magically fixed my counter tops so they look like what I was dreaming of when the quartz was ordered. Luis gets 5 stars for sure. So you know - this defect should have been caught when the counters were being shaped. Ultimately it was my bad for allowing them to be installed. Stop your installers and look over every square inch before you let them in the house. It's a pain in the neck because they are all strapped to dollies with padding but it really sucks to have the kitchen you've been waiting for look like you settled.

This crew is phenomenal! The people in the office are friendly and extremely helpful. They were so easy to work with. We even made a few changes late on and they were so understanding and kind. Our kitchen piece was large and requires a seam and they did amazing. I would highly recommend this local company.

Great experience from start to finish. They have a large selection of granite and quartz slabs. The turnaround time was shorter than most. Overall I will be referring friends and family

ATTENTION for those of you who LOVE stellar customer service, exact measurements/templating, and gorgeous, quality countertop installation! A&R Countertops is the place for you!!! We were recommended by a family friend who builds custom homes and remodels and couldn't have been more pleased with the entire process. Customer service with Ashley was simple and FUN, and she was very willing to work with our schedules; templating with Matt was quick and easy, and he answered all of our questions during the process; and installation and clean up from Raul and his crew was amazing. We are remodeling an older home and Raul was careful to ensure our installation went very smoothly. The team at A&R is high skilled and can take care of all your countertop needs! We look forward to our next project with them (bathrooms!)! Thank you A&R for being so easy to work with, your forthrightness, and fun and professionalism!!! You guys ROCK!

Sales people are knowledgeable and selection is good. The installation was a mess. Be prepare to repaint because they leave the walls a mess(smeared calking, gouges in the wall and chipped paint). They said, "It is industry standard to leave the job paint ready". We were not planning on painting again. They do not care. So I guess we are repainting now. Disappointed.

Another reviewer has said that my review is negative and unbelievable. I'm not a liar and I believe my review was pretty fair for having spent thousands of dollars and NOT getting what I ordered. I see comments about the owner, if you notice in the original review he isn't mentioned. That's because I never heard from him, obviously this business is not interested in taking ownership or even acknowledging their mistake.

This is my go to spot for counters. I have completed easily 50-60 projects with them. As a contractor that works with many different countertop fabricators A&R's finished product is one of the best. They always do what they say they're going to do. For anyone posting a negative review I just don't believe it. The owner himself cares more about what he does than any other business that I've been around. They measure with lasers, they cut with computers, and the owner himself usually templates and oversees the entire process. Their prices are always fair. If you shop around you might pay a couple bucks extra, but you're paying for expertise, quality, and a guarantee that it will be right. This is not an item in your construction project to skimp on. You can't redo countertops. Do yourself a favor and choose A&R.
