I'd give a zero star if it were possible, our fridge was out for a week and called and asked "hat in hand" for an estimate of when A&A would be back out to fix it; the tech called me back shouting that he had 15 other calls and didn't appreciate having to talk to me to explain when he'd be ready to do our repair. He hung up on me. I have never had an adult conversation less perplexing or insulting. Horrible experience, horrible.
