My new roommate goes here for his elf bars since it's the closest place near our house. I rode along with him because I need incenses, butane, and a book of standard RAW tips. Not only did they not have the RAW tips which I can understand, but they carry no other brand of tips! So the worker said i was S.O.L. Came back two days later to see if they had restocked and they hadn't. Seems they don't stay stocked on anything but nic juice. I also bought a dab rig (in which i waited 15 minutes before being greeted) from here and it looks good but works like garbage.

Be weary they seem to make up their own prices. I used to come here often since it was right by my house and seemed like a cheaper place to buy juuls. Which it was... at first. The first time I went in and the man (heavy accent) was super friendly and helpful and I had a good time. The next couple times I went in the guy (different guy, presumably the owner) upcharged $10 on what I normally pay. I could understand with inflation, but he even said "hmmm what do I charge for these again?" As if there isn't a set price for them. It sucks because it was very convenient for me, but if they are not consistent with the pricing and make it up on the spot... it's not worth it.

My first experience with younger dude, months ago , black hair, & baby bangs bowl cut , William I think his name is( name given over the phone)..was extremely rude, my first time buying a vape, not helpful, & seemed really put out that I was there and had questions. Decided to give them another chance, another gentlemen was working, he was so nice and helpful , made recommendations on juices, genuinely kind and changed my mind about wanting to spend my money here, consistently been in since then. Went in tonight and William was working, same experience. Not friendly, not helpful...very rude... was telling my bf about it, he called to complain before I even finished my story. my bf asked to speak to the manager.. he said okay... long pause my bf said " hello?" And William yelled " WHAT?!" From there it wasn't a productive call on either end, but William called my bf a pussy, amongst other names.. was asking for his phone number , telling him to come up and fight him etc.... this kid just doesn't know how to treat people.. needless to say I'll be taking my business elsewhere. This business would probably thrive and be a lot more successful without william working there.
