1st Choice Heating & Cooling

Had them install a new furnace and ac Along with duct work. They charged me an arm and a leg. First unit had a bad condenser and they wanted to come back and replace the condenser. I told them for 8 k It better work correctly and I don't won't a new condenser on a brand new unit. They then installed an undersized unit and it won't keep the house cool. I was dumb enough to hire them for a second job on a different house to duct work on a new build. They showed up bud it and gave me a start date. Day before they called and said they can't do business with me Due to some company issues. Took me three months to get them to agree to the job and then another month to find replacement. I would never recommend this company. I am having to replace the three year old ax unit they installed already. This is on a house for my 80 old mother. I had them come out twice to check the unit as it does not cool the residence. They treat her with disrespect and are very disrespectful . Stay away from this company. Mathew is the owner operator. Very dishonest individual.
