Who's Eating Gilbert's Greats

Gilbert and his partner made us feel like friends who have known each other for years. Their customer service is nothing short of awesome. We tried their grilled cheese and it was cheesy, chewy, and super savory. Their suggestion of adding brisket in the grilled cheese just took it to another flavor level. If you see them in your neighborhood, definitely stop by for a comfort food spot!

The cottage pie was delicious! I used to eat at a few restaurants the opener worked at. I'm a huge fan of his work!

This place is great, the chef makes you feel like you're at your mamas house. The cheese or Weezer is something to get and it's all gravy is all about it, come and get it

What a great new find in West Seattle. I was in the Admiral area and saw the lights in this food truck. I stopped by to see that they had and was psyched about almost all the things on the menu! Pasta, Chicken Wings, Mac 'n Cheese bites, Fish Tacos, super great selection. The food came out hot and relatively fast for the stuff I picked. The Nook was open, so I had time to grab a quick beer while I was waiting.I made the difficult choice and settled on Fish Tacos, Mac 'n Cheese bites and the Potato Salad and Macaroni Salad. Portion size was good, definitely had leftovers for the next day. The food was great, the salads were fresh and didn't feel like they were scooped from store bought tubs. The fish tacos were really tasty and I really like the corn tortillas. I like that the Mac salad had black olives in it, better than the salad down at Marination! I'm not sure exactly what their schedule is for West Seattle as they're pretty new, but I checked on their website www.GilbertsGreats.com.I'll definitely stop by the next time I see them in West Seattle!

Jeremy and Gilbert's Greats were all parts amazing! He worked within the perimeters of the Covid-19 Restriction and still provided a Safe and breath taking meal for our small family get together. After coming to what I felt, was a great price, he went above and beyond to make the night one to remember! He made everything so easy and he was in and out before we knew it. Very Professional! Thank you for everything! Would recommend this caterer to anyone!

My family and I were walking to Lincoln park and on the way saw this food truck. What a gem!! The kids loved the mac and cheese bites and corn dog bites. We'll be back for a burger. We were told that he's at this location in West Seattle every Thursday and Saturday- so on Thursday's dinner is planned! Walk to park and grab Gilbert's on the way. Also- the Mac and cheese bites were awesome from an adults perspective- each bite had noodle and cheese sauce!!! You gotta try this place- the owner is so nice and the food is delicious!

So excited to find this great new food truck!! The food is delicious! comfort at its best! The burger, Mac n cheese bites, fish taco's and crispy chick peas are all outstanding!!! good pricing and awesome people too!! Always feels good to support friendly, hard working local folks! Can't wait to go back for more yummies!!!

We stumbled across them at our local brewery and the provided a great dinner. The chicken sandwich was epic. The tacos were great too. We are now following them.
