Whitehorse Tavern

Just left the Whitehorse. It was very busy. 3 IPA's and an $11 check. Really. Fabulous bartender.

The super tan blonde bartender is the rudest I've seen in a long time. Posted up at the end of the bar for 15 minutes as she took care of everybody else, which I assume are regulars. When I asked if there was a chance we might get served, she yelled at me & my friends & told us to stay where we are. 5 minutes later still no service, so I asked if we did something to offend her. That's when she blew up & yelled at us to vacate. Bad night or bad bartender? Don't care & never coming back.

Omg! Best bar in town fun drinks classic music and lots of activity! Live music on Saturday! Gotta be willing to speak up for a drink cuz they get busy at night! Awesome devour and awesome staff!

The blonde bartender is absolutely horrid I ordered a drink and she watered it down and wouldn't even let me have another double shot how rude who the hell does she think she is and why does she have a job here as long as I see her working I will never get my business here again

While the atmosphere is fun and the drinks are strong, if you're not a local or friend of the bartenders - BEWARE. And ask for an itemized bar tab. Was in town visiting with two friends on Friday, 4/19/2024. We each had two rounds. When the single tab came it was double what it should've been. We didn't catch it initially and paid the bill. I mentioned the drinks were very strong, right? When we did realize later what had happened, we returned and politely confronted the bartenders - neither of whom was able to make eye contact with us. They claimed to not remember us, but interestingly enough was able to recite what we'd been drinking. Long story short - the ladies behind the bar had been serving up their boyfriends and putting it on our tab. Never got our money back, but maybe Karma will be serving them next.

This place is great, fun people, great service and cold Rainer Beer. Dog friendly too. Good times in Arlington.

While visiting a friend in Arlington, I was promised to be taken to the nicest dive bar in town, AKA Whitehorse. This was the first place I had gone to out in the boondocks and I asked my host about masking. WELL, as a Seattleite and healthcare worker inside=mask. Here? It was almost like hearing a record scratch as I felt the entire room stare at me for wearing a mask. Annnddd my Seattle is showing, I'll just go ahead and take that off...so sorry.Well lit and clean, this place really doesn't register as a "dive bar" to me. Either way, they have some interesting décor on the walls, TVs for your sports (because every bar in Washington is a sports bar), very nicely maintained pool tables, and overall just a great vibe.Bartender was fast and efficient, which is good because she was the only one working on a Friday!! Definitely felt for her as this appears to be a very, very popular place with the locals.

Only have 1 bartender even on busy nights, waited 20 min by the bar and never got served. Do not recommend

So if you happen to be in Arlington, have cash on hand, are a little thirsty and int he mood for some shuffleboard, White Horse is the spot. They've got a couple of pool tables, dart boards and a shuffleboard table. Everytime I've gone in there, one, if not all, have been open.The drink prices are VERY reasonable, the staff is all friendly, and it's dog friendly (only if your dog is friendly). Lots of cool old pictures of Arlington in this place, plus a really cool old door. It's a nice place to hang out and unwind for a while. . .
