What's Baking

I've been coming here every Wednesday for a little now, and I love their coffee and pastries :,) it's actually a pretty nice place to study! Especially for those who like to study late, since they close at 7:30pm. Lots of wall plugs too for charging computers and it's nice and quiet. The great thing about this place too is that they are connect to a bomb ass Mexican restaurant called Pokez! So if you are ever studying and don't just want coffee, all you gotta do is go next door. Their lavender latte is delicious, the espresso tastes great with the house made syrups.

Called a bunch of cake places in search of an affordable, cute birthday cake and finally found this one! Everyone elses prices were so insane ‍. April's customer service was awesome and she was able to make us a vegan chocolate cake with a photo on a weeks notice. So so happy with the experience

Love love LOVE! Such a sweet environment and staff. Lovely smaller selection which I love best while also having a perfect range of treats. All individually packaged and you can order larger amounts as well! I'm a late night snacker and this is the perfect spot to shop. Will 100% be returning. We had a German chocolate cupcake and a cherry cheesecake with a chocolate crust (wow....)

Incredible! We ordered desserts for our small wedding from April at What's Baking and I'm so glad we did. Raspberry chocolate cake was spectacular (oh my...the frosting is amazing!). We also ordered a tray of polvorones (Mexican wedding cookies), gluten free and vegan morsels of deliciousness. Highly recommend! They were so accommodating of our last minute order which I really appreciate.

Omg! These cookies are to die for!!!! My friend surprised me with a tin full of Christmas shortbread cookies and a jar full of mini wedding cookies. The taste was spot on! I only wish I had more of them to eat!!!!!!

I had her chocolate banana vegan bread and honestly it it was beyond what I expected! I wish she had a shop where I could just pick any of her amazing treats. My father is a baker and believe me I can recognize a good piece of pastry. Highly recommemd her!

It's important to have someone in your Life who can make you really Good cake and hands down @whats_baking will make that happen, Thank you so much for making my little ones so happy with your amazingly Delicious master pieces.

Hands down the best sweets I have ever had. The chocolate abuelita brownies are to DIE FOR. And the powdered polvorones are heaven. This gir got that good good. And all made of loooooveeee!!!!!! Can't wait to see her grow and expand her goodies. And also can't forget about her cakes !!! Ahhh. Heaven.!!!

Really amazing food. Brought our friend from texas and he said it reminded him of home highly recommend on both our parts

Now with a storefront on E next the family restaurant Pokez Mexican Food, What's Baking Pokez Cafe, has vegan and gluten free options, plus ice cream and coffee drinks with a CBD add-in option. Oh my gods, the polvorones! The chocoflan! The Mexican brownies! Custom cakes can be ordered.
