I paid $20 for two meals and they can't even get me spicy ketchup that I asked twice for. And then when I walk in they only give me 2.

There's always something wrong with this location... either they're out of something, the staff are rude, they don't make the drinks or food right... always something. Tonight I stopped by after a hard day at work to get a chocolate shake. The lady outside who rung me up was very pleasant and actually explained that i could receive rewards thru the app using my receipt (nobody else ever has, after you say you don't have the app the stop talking about it) well she helped and I got my drink, to my dismay... no receipt at the front because as usual their machine wasn't working.... Fine whatever. Leave and as I'm driving I start drinking it.... Only for 3 small long pieces of plastic to come thru the straw.... Idk what they were, but it was disgusting. I will not be coming back here. Nobody should come here. They're understaffed and horrible. Not worth anyone's money. With all that said... not everyone here is awful, there are a few people who try and do the right thing and make things enjoyable, but the rest of them are garbage and don't deserve jobs.

For a minute I thought I was at chic-fil-a as I was greeted when I walked in and was told please and TYThen when food was delivered the employee told me it was his pleasure when I thanked him....Keep up the good work, service at this location is great, it is in the woodlands area and well maintained and clean.Plenty of parking and tables.

All I want to ask is how hard is it to get a burger with cheese and ketchup? Did they stop listening to my order after I said Jr burger? Drove out late to get a burger and came home to find the whole burger wrong. Even after they repeated my order to me.
