I don't get the chance to experience great customer service often but this morning I got just that this morning I came in around 930 am with my wife and was watching a man named Tim going above and beyond for every customer who came in and he did not skip a beat asking how everyone was wanting to know how they like the food ect you don't see that often anymore I'm talking treating everyone the same as a whole thank you Tim!!!

A shout-out to Alexis. I made a mistake on my order. Alexis came to the rescue and she went out of her way to fix my mistake. Thank you Alexis you made my day. We will be back. No mistakes next time lol. We ordered one large Chocolate Malt Shake and one large Limited Time White Chocolate Raspberry Shake. The Chocolate Malt is always great. The White Chocolate Raspberry Shake is like Food Heaven. Every time they bring back the White Chocolate Raspberry Shake get out of my way because I'm going to be first in line lol.

Used to be several around Phoenix. Not many left. I really like the way they treat their customers. No ordering from a computer. Talk to a live person. Many places around Phoenix and across the country make you feel obligated to use their computers to order. Then you go set down and someone brings your food to you. Everyone seems happy and willing to help. Don't worry about forgetting to pick up ketchup or napkins. Brought right to your table. Their hamburgers fill the bun. No more, more bun than burger. Then the hatch chili on the burger makes a great meal. Yes hatch chili are green chili but have a special flavor. Dining area is simple nothing fancy. Always clean. They really take care of their guests. Given a choice I will always choose them over others.

The staff is always very friendly. I get curbside service and they are always on time and the order is always correct. I love their phone app, saves your favorite orders. My only complaint is the same complaint with every Whataburger, the food is always cold. Take it home and microwave it and it is delicious!

Love coming here for the high quality of food and great service. I usually have a whataburger but tried the Whatachick'n bites today and they are much better than the others I've tried. The manager and staff are responsive and food is hot the way I like it. Always good food!

I'd give this location no stars if that was an option. I ordered a breakfast honey biscuit sandwich which was supposed to have a piece of chicken in it. Well there was so much honey on it probably to cover up the dried out way to 'crunchy' chicken. I will not go back here for anything they have on their menu. The only food item that was good were the hash browns other than that this place is a pass as in don't go there.

Worst service ever!!!! Did online order. Sat in drive through for over 10 mins. Watching the kids inside just messing around. Then I asked if I had everything in the bag was told yes. Got my food and it was cold. My drink spilled all over my car cause the lid was not on properly.
