Yummy. Staff was really nice and gave me a free coupon for my next visit. Whataburger has really good chicken tender sandwiches. So crispy, and I recommend switching out the BBQ sauce out for the creamy pepper sauce.

It's been a while since I've eaten here. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. Now the but, my wife ordered the chili cheese fries. Big disappointment it was just ground up beef with no flavor and super dry. I asked why so dry and if could have a bit more but with some consistency. I was told that's how it's made. . They did give me a little more on the side me thinking it would be a little more juicy but no same thing. The funny part is that it tasted like chorizo. The burgers were ok a little short on the toppings but ok . My side of fries were extremely salty didn't even eat them. So over all it's probably a hit n miss type of place to eat.

The anticipation for their renowned burgers was met with disappointment as the offering seemed to closely resemble a competitor's Whopper. The deviation from Whataburger's distinctive taste left much to be desired. Additionally, the off-putting taste of the Coke further detracted from the overall enjoyment. While the staff maintained a courteous demeanor, the service efficiency lagged behind expectations. Regrettably, Whataburger earns a modest 5.5 out of 10 in my fast-food rating. With a subpar culinary experience and lingering dissatisfaction, a return visit is unlikely in the near future.Cheers!CraVemarketplace

What a disappointment Whataburger has become. I am originally from Texas and was a regular lover of the brand. Even when moving to Tucson and before the buyout was still raging goodNo more. One of my preferred burger chains - however, across the board, the business model doesn't work. The wait times for the "made to order" menu is much too long for a drive-through. Some things SHOULD be ready to go - but it's a slow process with lines that just sit and wait -then wait some more. Workers at this particular location are very friendly and nice.

Average food and a horrible work environment. The food at Whataburger is average and no different from any other chain such as McDonald's, Burger King ect. Working here is a whole other level of bad. There is absolutely no upper management communication with managers taking days to answer you. Training days are non existent and you are just expected to come in. Do not work here
