This place feels like it was planned by someone who's never run a cafe before.The good:- Tea tastes like real tea, not powdered stuff. - Boba is chewy. Sweetness levels are perfect.The bad:- Drinks are WAY too small. This is the big one. Bobalust and Happy Lemon are both less than a mile away, and they'll give you close to twice the amount of drink for the same price. These drinks aren't cheap, either- you're paying 7-8 dollars minimum.- Stocking issues. Half the time I've been here, they've been out of something important. Once it was boba itself, and this time at least 70% of their fairly small menu was out of stock. There are no photos on the ordering kiosk, either, so you have no idea what anything looks like.- Cups are opaque. So I guess you don't know what your drinks like even after you get it. Bubble tea stores use transparent cups for a reason: so you can hunt around for boba/jelly with your straw, and so you can see how much of your drink is left. But in pursuit of aesthetic, neither the lids nor the cups are see-through, so once I'm done drinking the tea, I have to rip open the top of the cup to get at the boba.- Store, which is themed around cars/anime, feels like it was designed with only aesthetics in mind, not how customers would actually USE it.The stool (?) tables are too small and wobbly to put my bag on, and the chairs have no arms to hang it from. Ten minutes in, my friend sitting across from me complains that her butt is hurting because the bench has absolutely no cushion. Also, because the bench is a lot higher than the table while my chair is a lot lower, she's had to stare down at me the whole conversation lol. There's pop music playing, but since there's no speaker system built into the store, it sounds like an employee is just blasting it from their phone in the back. There's stands for selling anime/car merch taking up the middle of the store, but most of the shelves are totally empty. Just a lot of inconveniences ruining an otherwise promising spot.

My wife and I discovered this restaurant through Instagram. We were hyped up by it because of how good it looked in pictures and videos.We got there right when they opened at 12pm and while we were ordering at the kiosk they said that there was a 25 minute wait for the tapioca. There weren't many topping options like other bubble tea places in the area.My son is obsessed with cars so he had a blast pointing out all of the car artwork and car-themed stuff throughout. There wasn't any music playing inside.It can be difficult to enter the parking lot when there's a long line at the Mercury's Coffee. The parking lot was also full.2.5 outta 5. The tea was good and the cups were nice but we came here for the boba.

This has become my favorite boba tea shop by far. The ingredients are high quality, none of that fake fructose or heavy syrups. Most everything, if not everything, is done in house and you can really taste it, or I can. The sweetness level at 30% is perfect for me. And when you select low ice, it's actually just a little bit of ice. One of my favorite drinks, the tiramisu comes with actual chunks of brownie which are so tasty. The ambiance is also really unique. Car and anime themed, the wall paper in the restroom is really cool. Parking lot can be busy on a Friday evening but still was able to find parking. Close to the Costco so pretty dangerous cause now I have to stop by every time I go to Costco.

My wife and I are always up to trying new bbt places and this place didn't disappoint. She had the Royal Milk Tea with boba and I had the Mao Jian Green Milk Tea with boba. You can really taste the tea flavor which was very good. The cup sizes were a little smaller than typical places but comparable to Chicha San Chen, which I think is way over priced. This place was much more reasonable. We also got the Portuguese egg tarts which were so good. They're a bit pricey, but so tasty especially with the cinnamon on top. They're located in Rose Hill Plaza and if it's your first time there, make sure to pay attention to the one way direction. They're close to the Mercury Coffee shop just opposite them. The inside is definitely unique with the car and anime theme.

Close to the Kirkland Costco so of course it's kind of a good location? The owner is very nice and accommodating - because I asked for extra extra hot drink and he has to boil it to make it that hot for me. He also gave us a free tart to taste and it was one of the best tart - in terms of the custard. Can't say the same the shell but I still love it enough. Drinks are good and can really taste the tea - for me it's on the sweeter side but it's ok I get it at 0 sugar - which is what I do now to cut down sugar intake. The boba was really sweet and chewy first time we were there. Third time there may have been a mishap because it wasn't as good but it's probably due to the place still getting things consistent considering it's relatively new. I really hope they will thrive because I want more options than just happy lemon and rare tea (besides our fav - Bobae) in the area. I have come back twice in 2 weeks so I definitely recommend the place.

Quality milk tea. You order via a screen and wait to get the drinks made. We were the only ones in there but it seemed to take longer than normal. It's has a cute set up and I would go back if I was in the area

Excellent Service, yummy bubble tea, and freshest egg tarts; the dash of cinnamon was a lovely touch.

I got the Fizzy mango smoothie and it's so good! I will definitely be coming back. They have a lot of fun games for people who hangout: video games, board games, mini pool table, it's super cool!

I felt disrespected at this boba shop. Please let me explain. We were the only patrons in the shop and we ordered at the kiosk. We ordered the royal milk tea with boba and the special peach oolong milk tea with boba and lychee jelly. I did not want lychee jelly, and instead wanted pudding. We could not adjust the toppings on the kiosk. The staff did help me adjust it manually to give me pudding instead of lychee jelly. That was nice. However, the royal milk tea we ordered came out with boba. I obviously didn't notice until after we took our photos, left the shop, and took a few sips, so we went back in to let the staff know. First, she said she would re-use the drink and sift out the boba to replace it with pudding. I declined that offer and requested they make a new one. Then, another staff member joked saying she would drink my already drunk from, old boba. Then, they threw it into the trash. Talk about waste :( finally, they remade it but gaslit me telling me that I had actually ordered boba, and they didn't believe me that I had actually put in pudding. Given that I had ordered from the kiosk, I told them they can just look it up and see I wasn't lying, but she rudely said "well I already made it." They didn't even put a sticker/label on my remade drink. The worst part is, the peach oolong was really bad and the boba was especially bad. Overcooked and bland. I wouldn't come here again for the tea or the service. The shop itself is clean and decorated with cars and anime. There is car-themed seating and a large, free parking lot.

This is just about the worst boba drink I've tried. We ordered brown sugar milk tea but the minute we walked out the syrup dried hard and we were pretty much drinking milk alone.
