What The Pho

Disappointing Dining Experience at What the Pho in Bellevue MallI recently dined at What the Pho in Bellevue Mall and, unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. We ordered the steak/brisket pho, tofu veggie pho, and cafe Sua da. The brisket was tough, and the pho broth tasted like instant package pho broth from a grocery store. The veggie broth was lackluster, resembling water more than a flavorful broth. The cafe Sua da did not live up to Vietnamese coffee standards.Additionally, there was an excessive amount of noodles in the broth. Despite paying almost $50 for lunch, we only managed to finish half of it. This being my first visit, I cannot recommend What the Pho based on this experience. The overall quality and value for money were disappointingly below expectations.

Henry did an amazing job today at this location, he served my family and I with Vegetable Pho. It was tasty and the service was impeccable. Would definitely recommend this place and dish to other people. Clean, Smells good, and people working above and beyond.

Was at the mall for last minute shopping and didn't want to wait at the other fancy restaurants plus we were craving pho. Walked in and picked our own seats. A good amount was yet to be cleaned. Walked up to the counter and ordered a combo and one with just brisket. Everything else is self service -- grabbing water, utensils, sauces, cleaning up dishes, etc. Pho wasn't the best I've ever had but still worth recommending though slightly pricey, so an overall 3 stars.

Honestly, the pho was just ok, the vietnamese coffee was great, but the real show stopper is the shrimp fried rice + fried rice noodles + fried egg. Though the fried rice is on the menu, the addition of the noodles is an off menu request that came from a friend of mine who used to work there. She orders this and the chef in the back will legitimately recognize her just from this off menu request.We came in on a rainy weekday for lunch and the service was fantastic, food was surprisingly good portioned, and it's nice to see that this place is doing well. Good place to stop by for lunch and the parking is widely available as there is a large parking lot right out front.

Honestly doesn't top the pho chain restaurants I've tried back home in Michigan BUT it's prolly the best pho place I've eaten at in Seattle overall I got the #4 pho with beef and tendons, one of my friends got pho with beef and meatballs, and another friend got the bahn mi! Broth is not too sweet, tendons were perfectly chewy but not very generous on meat portions:,( I like how they gave sep portions of cilantro and other veggies tho and little cups for the sauce.Service was good, food came out pretty fastRestaurant interior itself was a bit cluttered, wasn't the best but also considering it's inside a mall, not the worst. Overall would recommend:)

Not great, really expensive for what you get. The broth is pretty plain, not a lot of toppings to spice it up. There is a good selection of sauces (hoisin, Siracha , Sweet chili) to bring flavor to the dish, which it desperately needs. It's also one size for 17$ with tax... The trash was full and the dirty dish bin was filling up. I wouldn't go here unless I was starving.

Tried this new Pho spot inside Bellevue Square mall. It's on the 1st floor, order at the counter, and there are several tables inside where you can eat.Menu was simple with a small selection of pho options and banh mi. I ordered a pho with sliced eye round steak and beef meatballs. It comes with bean sprouts, jalapeño peppers, and basil.Service was friendly and food was ready quickly. Great place to visit for a quick bowl of pho.

To be completely honest, it wasn't the best Vietnamese food that I have had but decent for a mall and giving this place four stars because of the unbelievably. Great service from the staff here. We got both the pho and banh mi and thought the pho was a bit better. I'd stop by again if I was in the mall but can't see myself going out of the way to come back here.

I had the pho and liked it a lot. My husband liked his Bahn Mi quite a bit as well - it had a nice, fresh taste. For semi-fast food pho I was impressed. They have a limited menu, but the most popular items are available.The staff is friendly and efficient. We will definitely add this this place as one of our regular stops.

Greeting tasting pho broth soups to choose from. They have vegetable mix, brisket, chicken breast, tendon, and meatballs. The music is very light listening music. Ordering is very fast and they have ample space to sit down.
