SUMMARY. This is one of my go-to stops for beer, wine, and spirits. I am a huge fan of the wide selection, fair prices, and friendly staff. Their location is perfect for easy access and avoiding lines. VERY convenient!LOCATION. Located about a half mile west of the West End 440 exit. Dedicated parking lot always has available spaces.SELECTION. Selection is definitely up to my standards with regard to spirits and wine. I haven't gotten too adventurous with beer here, so I cannot comment. One time they did not have a specific region of wine I asked for (South African), but that was definitely a one-off.SERVICE. The service is great! The staff is SUPER friendly, informative, and helpful. It always makes coming here an enjoyable experience!PERKS. Follow them on Instagram for access to small batch drops. This is the only place I've ever been able to get Blanton's. That being said, be prepared to rush over once the Instagram post drops! I got here 20 minutes after the post once and there was only 1 Blanton's bottle left!VALUE. The value is good. Compared to other places, the wine I get here is usually cheaper. Their Cabernet Sauvignon prices often beat or are competitive with Kroger's, unless Kroger's has some kind of deal going on. The best part is the efficiency, as there are rarely lines. I can get out of my car, get what I came for, and be back in my car within 5 minutes. Tough to beat!TAKEAWAYS. Great place to pick up alcohol quickly and cheaply--especially for wine and spirits!Happily,Clayton Cohn

Good. Not great. Stopped here to pick up a few things on my way home. They have a great selection of booze and surprisingly large wine selection. The cooler selection is small and the beer selection is smaller. There was a "mask are required" sign on the door, but the two guys behind the counter weren't wearing them, Oye. Parking isn't bad either.

Came in to get a bottle of weller. Asked if they had any, the guy behind the counter started flipping out and causing a scene. He said he wouldn't t sell it to aNy of my friends or anyone that was with me. He said he wishes he didn't even have the stuff and he doesn't want to sell it to people like me. So confusing. He winded up selling me the bottle after causing a huge scene. But would not sell a bottle to my friend who k came with me.

It's okay. The location is very convenient to a few neighborhoods and parking is easy (lot and street). As with many liquor stores in the city, the beer program isn't what you might hope for but I'm learning that craft beer is best left to the stores that specifically concentrate on it. Hoping for an all-in-one is akin to searching for the dodo bird.* And, to be fair, the name of the business references liquor & wine... not beer. So, points for transparency... but points off for consistency. I have experienced the staff being incredibly helpful and chatty (such as when the clerk saw eye to eye with me for not wanting anything to do with having a wine named Pennywise in my house), polite but standoffish, *there*, and a bit rude (the response to my question and request for help? A blank stare and not one moved glute muscle from behind the counter). So, it's a mixed bag. Also mixed, the selection. There's a bunch of product but organization is not a strong suit. I suppose part of the point of a discount store (for anything) is rooting around until you find a gem. I get it. But, I favor browsing over rooting. I just don't know that it's for me. I tried.*But there are some places who do it well. Check this space for reviews.

This store is across from the Piggly Wiggly. There is a lot of parking in front. It's a medium size store with a lot of products in various sizes. We found all our favorites with reasonable prices. The cashier offered to rebag my purchases because we were carrying bags from the grocery store.

I saw this store as I was driving down West send yesterday and stopped in quickly to grab a bottle of wine to go with dinner. I didn't have anything particular in mind to look for but I'm also not terribly picky- I just like dry red. So I was actually really excited to easily spot a Michael David Winery Syrah that I've been wanting to try for a pretty good price. It was somewhere in the ballpark of $14 and I have noticed it is typically sold for closer to $19 or $20 elsewhere. So that was a pleasant surprise!I thought the store had a nice, easy layout to shop and find what you might be looking for. It was my first time in there and I was in and out fast. The guys at the counter were really nice, too. I had my toddler on my hip and they even had a bowl of suckers on hand that he was able to grab a treat. They laughed about offering the right bowl because I guess they also keep a bowl of treats for dogs in case you have your furry friend. So I thought that was nice!I can't speak to the entire stock that they have, obviously, as I was only in the shop for a few minutes. But I did notice they had liquors and beers as well as wine, but the wine section definitely had more bottles than I was expecting as the shop appeared to be smaller than others in the Nashville area. Parking was easy. Staff was friendly. And if you're not in search of something specific, I bet you could easily find something to satisfy your taste, and possibly for cheaper than you expect.

I just got off a 16 hour shift at the hospital and went to pick up a bottle on the way home. It was late, and the parking lot was empty. The clerk informed me that I did not park between the lines like I should, and I need to go out and move my car. Astounded, I told him it didn't matter because the parking lot was empty. I didn't have to be perfectly parked. This started a back-and-forth where he refused to take my card for payment until I moved my car. I am tired and all I want to do is get my purchase and go home. So holding the bottle, I pulled cash out of my pocket and he reached forward and grabbed the bottle in my hand, that started a brief tug of war. Again I was astounded, so I let him have the bottle, and started back just to pick up another one and leave. He started after me yelling what do you think you're doing. I turned, looked at him and said, don't you touch me. He had already grabbed me once trying to get the bottle from me, so I wasn't sure he would stop, but he did. Leaving more than what the actual purchase price was in cash on the counter I walked out with him yelling after me next time to park in the middle of the street. If this were not real, it would funny. Personally, i think anyone that would grab you and yank you around over something like this is not a safe person. I will never go there again.
