West African Dishes

Pleasant surprise off the beaten path. Customer service was friendly and the wait not long. There are plenty of signs that inform you that the food is not 'fast food' so you are prepared to wait. You are able to dine as as there is both table and booth seating. It's a not that bright and lively as far as decor but the food is completely opposite full of flavor as well as spice. I ordered egusi without meat, fufu, and jollof rice with chicken. The portions are extremely generous plenty for a small family with leftovers. If you are on the hunt for African cuisine don't count this establishment out. There is a sign that they also offer catering if that's something you are interested in.

DEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELISHUS!!!!!!OMG I randomly tried this restaurant not expecting much. I feel like even though there are alot of places selling Jollof in Atl, not many are great. This food was so delicious and well prepared. I had the whole tilapia with jollof and plaintains. Fish was cooked perfectly through out. Food portion was excellent. Lots to share. I am only going here from now on when I want Nigerian food. The owner was so warm and welcoming. Hint - call and order ahead. I went in 30 mins after and still had to wait a few. It is cooked fresh to order.

Great service and good food Jollof rice w chicken was great and we got it pretty quick. Did not get fufu due to the wait time so if you want something quick take that into consideration!

So good tried the egusi stew and still missing it till this day. Was super hot the fufu was tasty with the flavors of the stew would definitely grab some again.

So delicious and authentic. The best West African food in town. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone

Whether you want to be reminded of home or want a taste of West Africa from you dining room THIS is the place to go this woman cooks with LOVE you feel it when you come inside the restaurant and you feel it going out. Please go this review won't do it justice JUST GO... don't question it GO lol and make sure you tip even if it's your first time you'll be glad you did plus she's just one woman cooking a lot of food for everyone
