Wenyu Hot Pot

We came here as part of a group celebration for our friends' birthday. We did the all-you-can-eat buffet. It was fun to eat at this kind of place with a big group of friends because you could try many different food and chat while eating and drinking. They had a sauce bar where you could make your own sauces for hotpot. We were able to check off the things that we wanted from the menu and they served us based on our selections. I think the overall experience was good, not overwhelmingly great but fun to try out. For some people, the price might be a bit too expensive given the food options and quality that they had.

First time here and I will probably not be back. When we pulled up, we had thought it was closed since there was absolutely no one in there. We ended up seeing the server last minute and decided to just check it out. When you sit, they give you a marker and you check off everything on the menu that you would like to order. They have two all you can eat options where the more expensive one has more premium meats included. With us being the only people in there, we got our food pretty quickly. We ordered three different broths that were being consistently refilled which was nice. I didn't like that the toppings need to be ordered. They give you specific portions, for example, two servings of noodles when we ordered three broths or a big tray of bok choy. I just like the ability to choose my own amounts without having to continuously ask or get more than we were going to eat. They do have a sauce bar where you can get as you please. There were a few flies throughout the course of our meal and at the very end, we ended up seeing a cockroach on the wall so we just didn't feel like eating at that point.

I was so excited to try this place but I should of taken it as a sign when we saw the restaurant completely empty on a Wednesday evening. The service itself was fine, as it should be since we were the only ones there. We tried 3 different broths and they were all overly salty. The quality of the meat was also not the best and the spam tasted like it was frozen for a decade. Towards the end of our meal a cockroach was on the wall directly behind us. I found this place to be overly price for its bad quality in food and dirty ambiance.

this place tastes so good. it is my favorite. theyre closed rn and idk why. cant wait til they open again ive been dying to go. their service is basic asian restaurant service (so not the best lol) but the food is so good it doesnt matter.

Overall it was alright. The broths were both very good. The spicy was pretty spicy which I like but if you can't handle heat I don't recommend to get it. The sauce bar seemed like it could be a bit fresher, they were out of some things, and that was disappointing since it was very slow when I went. Service was amazing and food delicious! Make sure to order the sauce table it's a must! It's a bit extra but definitely worth it. The food was soo good I could only get one picture my family was ready to dig in

Enjoyed a tasty lunch today! Not crowded at all Saturday at 1:30 pm. My friends and I did a la carte because we're not AYCE kind of people. We ordered the brisket/eye of round/lamb combo, veggie combo, and fish/beef ball combo. Everything was really good, but portion sizes were not as large as I was expecting. Each of the combos was about $15. We also paid $3 per person to use the sauce bar, which I personally think is pretty pricey considering that I used less than one bowl of sauce the entire time. Nonetheless, both broths we tried (spicy 20% and tomato) were delicious. Previous reviews have noted that the restaurant is pretty dirty - it certainly wasn't the cleanest, but I didn't think it was filthy. All in all a good experience!!

Definitely recommend this hot pot place!! Super delicious soup bases!! You get to do split pots with 2 or 3 different soup bases! We got one spicy, one mushroom, and one beef bone. Be ready because the spicy is very spicy, but flavorful! They have a sauce bar and some appetizers / desserts. During lunch time they have AYCE $32.98 per person. Dinner time is a la cart menu. The beef and lamb are thinly sliced and they were my favorite meats there. Lots of vegetables and noodles options too.Even though it's super hot in AZ right now, it's definitely worth it! Service is phenomenal! One of my favorite hot pot places!

Only we would be crazy enough to come here to eat hot pot while it is 115 degrees outside!Nevertheless, this restaurant is special. All the ingredients are well made and everything tasted super delicious. This is one of the best AYCE hot pot locations in Arizona & worth a try, even on a sizzling hot day.

So good will come back the meat was amazing The service was excellent . The vibes were amazing .
