Wendy's

We stopped in for lunch today. This Wendy's was probably one of the nicest and cleanest I have been in. The food was probably the best Wendy's I have had so far. We opted for some Baconator fries, Asiago chicken ranch sandwich and ghosts pepper chicken sandwich. Oh and my hubby tried the peppermint shake which was pretty minty. We would definitely come back.

I am starting this review by saying that once the order is correct it's pretty good. The problem is that you'll never get a correct order. I have diabetes and am on a pretty strict diet. My normal order is two plain patties with pickles and mustard. Should be easy right? Nope. First of all you literally have to say no cheese or they cover it in the stuff. Second, the pickles go on the burger but the mustard apparently cannot. It comes in a side cup no matter how many times I ask. Third, the previous reviews are correct, these are the rudest people around. When asked to remove cheese they literally lectured me to tell them next time... pretty sure I did that. My advice... don't. Just don't. Save the time and aggravation and just go anywhere else.

We went to try the new loaded nacho cheeseburger. Sad to say when I got both of my burgers they had no crunchy corn or tortilla strips or queso and the burgers were sooooo dry and unseasoned. Very disappointing I was very much looking forward to trying it :(

I went through the drive thru today and had a simple order for one person, and they forgot the fries. I hardly ever eat fast food, but crave it once every few months. I love the food at Wendy's, so it's where I go to fill that craving. This is the 3rd time something has been missing from my order. It's too hot and too much of an inconvenience to go back today. I think I'm going to have to go elsewhere to fill that craving next time it hits.

Called ahead of time to see if they would be able to split the 50 nugget deal with half spicy nuggets and the manager told me yes and that they take pride in making their location the best... We pull up to a long line and when we finally get up they tell us they don't do the 50 piece and we must have called the wrong store. So we called again to make sure and see if we made a mistake and the same dude answered and changed what he had said the first time and said they don't do the 50 piece.

The manager today 5/17 around 2:30 pm was so unprofessional and rude. When asking for more bbq sauce (because she put 1 in the bag) she proceeded to say that because she gave my boyfriend his ranch that we didn't need more bbq sauce, because "it's just for the nuggets". not sure why she's acting like the boss of what you can use sauces with or why it doesn't make sense that two people want two different sauces? so unprofessional and rude. my boyfriend even offered to pay her for the sauces and asked how much she wanted and so she rolled her eyes and gave it to him. ridiculous that we had to offer to pay for the FREE sauces in order to get them with our almost $30 meal.

The whole place is trashed, dirty! Trash is overflowing and tables all dirty. Do not recommend

I tried to order a frosty they said they weren't available, when I got my food I asked the gentleman up front if I could get one and he said to just come through the drive through again as he was just "changing the frosting". I pulled through and asked again for a frosty and was told they didn't have any, I let them know the guy up front told me I could come through and get one and then he said "uhhh we can do it for you". then proceeded to tell me he didn't have the flavor we wanted. After all this our order was still missing food, even the person taking my order didnt seem like they cared much about what it is I wanted or making sure it was put in the system correctly.

Once again. Employees Not caring or Not knowing how to read to complete a simple order. Bacon cheeseburger, Does get bacon! All burgers have some sort of topping. Not plain. All of this offers was Wrong! Idiots who don't care is what this has to be. Wendy's is one of the easiest fast food restaurants to work. Maybe Not for a young uncaring moron who talks about customers and Can be hears over the intercom.. Beware of this place if you came to get what you ordered. Simple bthings baffle these types at this store.

You would think that after spending 40.00 that they could make to plain cheeseburgers. Nope!!!!!! That will be the last time!
