Wendy's

Mediocre at best. Closest Wendy's to me. Food is fair. They typically forget an item or make it wrong. Language barrier issues on occasion. Staff is stale no personality. If you use the drive through be warned about the large pile they stick out the window before you roll to the window. What they're doing is cheating the clock. The clock ticks when you order. By waving the stick over a sensor on the ground where your car sits causes the clock to reflect a complete order and a high completion rating with corporate. Just games. I like to try to beat them to the punch. Ask an employee what they're doing and they can't even tell you. I have some nice videos of them doing it I've passed on to Wendy's. The frosty is probably the safest bet there. I'll still repeat here it's the only one around and it tastes better than the golden arch's. My two cents

Absolutely abysmal customer service. They don't even say "hello" or "thank you" or literally anything at all. Just look at you like you're inconveniencing them just by making them do their job.

Horrible service on 08/14/2022. Girl at the window yelled out the total before I drove up to the window and stopped. I gave her my card, she gave it back and basically threw my food at me with no comment. Very rude.

Wrong in many levels. I had to share this I hope this girl gets her pay worth the work she put in for this Wendy's

"So who actually leaves reviews, especially positive ones, on fast food places??"I stopped here on July 2, 2020 on the way to getting my hair cut at Detroit the Barber in Tomball. I've become jaded with most fast burger places because the fries are so hit-or-miss--mostly miss--with them serving cold and old fries due to cost cutting.Well, I ordered my usual Son of a Baconator plain, but when I pulled up to the window, a lady, smiling through her mask, gave me a fairly large bag with a FULL Baconator...plain...with the hottest fries I've had in a very long time. I knew it wasn't accidental because she asked to verify my order before it was given to me.So as much as I stop at the Taco Bell nearby, this particular Wendy's has earned a new customer.

Cleanest Wendy's I've ever been to. Most are old, dark and ran down. This one is newer and cleaner than any other that I've been to. Stopped in to grab some lunch; I was greeted immediately and order taken quickly. I'm doing Keto so I had to be strategic with my choices. I ordered the Baconator with no bun, add avocado. Delicious, Hot and Fresh! No complaints on this end!

Horrible drive thru experience. The female that took our order was rude, totally uncalled for tone; we ordered the combo displayed- Ghost pepper Ranch chicken meal. This meal indicated spicy chicken, ghost pepper seasonings, ghost pepper sauce, layers of onions and I believe pepper Jack cheese. The lady asked- spicy or regular? Husband says , the way it comes please ( mind you it says spicy) she repeats herself again- spicy or regular. He replies spicy. The young man at the window was kind and friendly. You know how it goes, you get home, excited to get down on some grub and low and behold; you got it, his sandwich was nothing like he had ordered and honestly he couldn't even taste if the chicken was spicy ‍. Maybe inside the establishment is better but this is our 2nd time doing the drive thru and sadly both times were horrible customer service, fries were cooked in old grease( not this time) and/or order disappointment. I gave this 2 stars merely because my food was great and the young man who gave us our food was chipper and appreciated us as customers unlike the lady who took our order.

HORRIBLE! Arturo was very rude and condescending to me when I asked for a sauce. Since I didn't get chicken nuggets, he denied me and started saying "I should've bought chicken nuggets but I didn't want them". He was so rude. He needs to be looked into.

Bring a translator when you arrive here it's ridiculous specially, when they get irritated with you because they can't understand English, and on top of that treat the only person that looks like he could be from Texas like crap, and he still kept a smile on his face and got my food out to me quickly give them in the chair sheesh

I am just in awe. AWE I TELL YOU!! I come to my daily dose of wendys bacaonator and FO FO FO, as I order and pull up to the 2nd window, i'm greeted with a nice young lady who took my card. But as I peered behind her, i saw a handsome young man by the name of brandon (aka steady stain). When I tell you he left me speechless with his quick ability to help me and talk to me during my waiting time for my food. I was thoroughly pleased with how I was treated by him. He smiled and it made me blush a little. I have already talked abt his co worker (pain gang), with these 2 devilish men working at this wendys, these low reviews will turn around lickity split. So proud of wendy's for hiring these young menYours truly, Wendys #1 customer
