Wendy's

I haven't been to Wendy's in 4 years and wanted to try the pretzel burger. I visited the drive-thru on yesterday, 10/11/22. Customer service was lacking. The person taking the order didn't say hello or anything, just what's your order. I responded with a pleasant hello. She then responded back with a hello. I proceeded with my order of the #8, the pretzel burger combo. I asked for NO bacon add lettuce. Seems easy enough. Got home and my sandwich was thrown together, loaded with bacon, and not a drop of lettuce. The sunburst lemonade tasted like pickle juice. The fries were the only thing good. I took a few bites of the burger and tossed the rest. I took a sip of the lemonade and poured it out. I've called a couple times before posting here but couldn't get an answer. That was $13.55 wasted. I could have gone across the street to Jax's and spent less with better quality food. Never again.

Absolutely ridiculous. They informed us the drive-through computer is down so you will have to go inside to order when they are on a headset!

Took grandkid here to get breakfast two out of three sandwiches were wrong took the two back told them what I ordered And one outnof two was wrong again girl had a attitude when we placed the ordered!!

i went to wendy's last night. and PAID for 16 nuggets!!!!!! and only got 6!!! but im tryna undr is... how'd i get my fries for my 10 pc combo .. and my drink... but no nuggets! only my 6 additional nuggets i ordered on the side! i got home, and was very disappointed to only find 6 nuggets in my bag... i want a refund or more nuggets because i paid almost $20 for some shit i didn't even receive.. AND NO RECEIPT!!!! so what yall finna do for me.. before i ride down 45 and turn that bitch out. y'all lmk... thanks. and yall only for 2 stars from me for da algo.

Went there today. At noon. Time is important. Fries cold and old. Opened bag took out a cold oneSandwich tasted funny. Someone needs to let the health department know. That meat wasn't freshCalling corporate

gave me spicy nuggets for the kids meal. my kids couldn't stop coughing. horrible service

I heard the hype and had to try the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit. I must say it's not all that, I won't have it again. It cost more than Chick Fil A and isn't nearly as tasty or filling. I have three stars because of the staff and freshness of my order.

Customer service was horrific. They were very rude, speaking negatively in Spanish as if i couldn't understand them. Got both of my orders wrong and when i told them they gave me attitude and accused me of lying and had me count it out in front of them and gave me attitude as they were fixing it while talking in Spanish about me. Never seen such poor customer service, couldn't even apologize. would not recommend

Bad customer service called to report an employee' & manager hung up in my face, employees talk about customers in Spanish n think you don't understand & I'm talk about Pratrica that work in drive thru

I just came through ur drive-thru on July 8, 2022 time 10:27 pm, I order a medium Dave double a number one and I asked for a special order on my burger and my fries. They made it how they wanted made for me to eat and my fries is greasy and salty. I ask for no salt on my fries.
