What's wrong with this Wendy's?They don't honor their Wendy's app special so you don't get rewards for your purchase. We travel all over the country and have never found a Wendy's that doesn't honor specials on their app. So we just drove off across the street to McD.

Poor customer service! Will not be back to this specific location!Sign on north door states to use other entrance so walk to other side and it's locked...with no sign saying to use drive-thru. Drive to drive thru and all she says is, 'Wendy's'. So I asked, are you ready to take my order?I had a larger order so when got to window, I would have assumed she would read back my order, to ensure accuracy, but she didn't so I asked her to do so. Good thing! There was a special request that was missed!Finally, I didn't get a receipt so had to ask for it. I specifically wanted receipt to contact corporate to leave review. Not coming back!

I went today during my lunch hour from work. I ordered a Natural Lemonade with half sweet tea, a chili, and a jr frosty. I pull up to the window and I am handed my drink. It looked super light so I asked if it was indeed half tea. The lady sharply said "Yeah it should be." Even though looking at it I figured it wasn't, I thought I would give it a shot. I got my chili and my frosty as well. My food was great and totally fine. My drink however was fully lemonade. There was not any tea whatsoever. I did not have time to go back as it was almost the end of my lunch as the wait took longer than expected. I would not suggest this location unless you have time to go back for possible mistakes. I personally will not be coming back to this location as there are others I would prefer to go to that I know for certain get it right the first time.

Dirtiest Wendy's I've ever seen. I don't care to wait if you're behind, but when I walk in and staff is eating over the food they're about to serve... I guarantee the health department will be showing up. None of staff had uniform on, no hats. It's never the company that falls the customer, it's the staff that kills the business. Evident and sad here, no one cares at all, so dirty just walk in yourself

I came to get some dinner only to find out that they refused to open their dining room. It was supposed to be open for another 1.5 hours. I even saw other customers inside. It seems that these impossibly imbecilic workers don't even know their own hours. The drive thru had such a long line too. It doesn't help that the place looks shady at night because there's light lamp that is repeatedly flashing so it sucks if you have epilepsy. These lazy workers don't know their own hours and won't try to fix anything around their restaurant. I wouldn't trust this place.

This #wendys suckssss. I don't eat a fast food but sometimes I randomly crave a random Wendy's burger but this location sucks. I've been here several times and it's pretty much always a meh/bad experience. This is the closest location between work and home so I tend to stop here. At this point I think I'll go out of my way to find a different Wendy's when I have that craving. Today was busy and they were slow as hell. I usually have sympathy when it's busy and their hustling. They seemed to be moving quickly as possible but that doesn't mean be rude. The guy at the drive through was a grouch. They were out of Dr Pepper... what fast food place is out of Dr Pepper on a Thursday at 6?! Oh well. I only have a couple sips then throw it out anyways since I don't drink pop. What really sucked about this trip was the lack of #bacon on my #baconator. They advertise six pieces and all I got was bacons bits scraped from a pan. Oh well. I'm not asking for Ruth's chris, but if ya gonna charge $11 for a meal it should be somewhat decent. Last time I'll be here.

Worst Wendy's ever!!! If you are thinking of going here to grab a quick cheap lunch I would strongly suggest you go somewhere else, the workers are rude and lazy and forgot parts of my order and for the food I did get it was old and gross!

Trash. Got here at 11:55 and it's supposedly open till midnight. Lights were off n all. And it's 10/10/23Also, if google says you're open till midnight and it actually isn't open that late, then CHANGE it on google. It's quite simple.

lady kicked me out as I was using the restroom...! All I wanted was to use the restroom before ordering my food

Doesn't open at 6:30, the second attempt to order before going into to work, no response both times, and I was there at 6:45.
