Wendy's

We haven't been to this location in like 6+ months, because without fail, EVERY SINGLE TIME we order food from here our order is wrong. Today we were in a hurry, and it's been so long, we figured we'd give it another shot.. Of course the order was wrong, we were missing food, and the wrong burger was given. We even repeated the order back to them at the drive through speaker, and then we had the person working the window read the order back to us when we were paying, and still, it was wrong! The customer service is nonexistent. Based on the other reviews here on Yelp, and on Google, Wendy's doesn't care how its establishments are run or how their customers are treated.

We came and ate at the restaurant. The service was quick, as expected, but the burger was better than expected. The burger was hot and the lettuce, etc was cold, which means it was freshly made. Will come back to this location for sure.

I went in around 3:30 PM. I asked for fresh hot fries..Is that too much to ask for? All they did was put the Fries back on the oil for a few seconds..Not a good idea Wendy's I will never be back again.

Um...Customer Service of the Drive thru. Where you at? You ignored my mother and I and pretty much threw our bag at us in our car. Didn't ask us if we needed any napkins didn't greet us and kept your back to my mom when she let you guys know the speaker wasn't working to order for customers. Do better. We've been going to this location for years.

Order online thru the app for drive thru at 1030pm, they close at 2am. I get there to pick up, they're closed?!?! No food and they took my money. I'm done with this location, not the first time they've pulled some crud like this

I come here during my lunch and i was absolutely astonished a few weeks ago in the drive thru line were sitting at the window waiting for our food and this tall skinny blonde boy working at the window takes a big hit of his vape opens the window and blows it at me and my friend while making eye contact it was super unprofessional and he is still working there to this day i don't know how they let that slide

Surprised that the new snack wrap was more like a burrito and also that it was pretty good. Grilled chicken, lettuce, cheese and ranch I think. It was big and good enough for a light lunch without getting the fries. The best part was the new Blueberry Pomegranate lemonade. Highly recommend.

Giving two stars because of my decades long fondness of spicy chicken sandwiches. Rarely frequent Wendy's but decided to give it a go. Ordered 3 chicken sandwiches, 3 large fries, lots of ketchup. Came home with 3 chicken sandwiches, 2 large fries, no ketchup. Per other recent reviews, this is not unusual. Resuming my Wendy's hiatus.

App didn't work today - the payment hit my CC then was immediately refunded - twice. Wendy's staff said "We can't help with the app." I ordered at the counter The order was missing the $4.66 baked potato. Think about it - almost $5 for a baked potato. They took my receipt when they handed me my receipt-less stapled bag. Food was okay except the chicken sandwich was cold. $31 for 2 basic meals, crazy expensive. Won't be back because the service is poor, especially for the money.
