Wendy's

Do yourself a favor and just keep driving! I had to swing in and pick up 2 burgers, 1 chicken sandwich and fries for some people I was taking a quick lunch to. $35 and it was beyond gross! Buns on the burgers were hard, like knock on them hard! Fries were soggy and cold. Needless to say we trashed their food and NEVER again will I give them any business. If management reads this I would sincerely hope you take care of this ~ shame on you.

Stopped by Wendy's this morning for a quick meal and I was blown away. This location is under new management apparently and it shows. The guy that took my order was so polite and friendly. Like the Wendy's from long ago. I had to wait a little bit for the potatoes but not very long. I ordered the new egg, bacon cheese English muffin. So much better than McDonald's. I think the guys name was Sergio. The dinning are looked really clean too. My new breakfast place

I feel compelled to leave a negative review due to the young lady who took my order which was obvious that she wasn't having a good day due to the tone of her voice and when I got up to the window I looked at better and she said what are you looking at and there was a gentleman be behind her standing there and I said can I speak to your manager and he said I am the manager and I said and that's okay that she's talking like that he said yes and I said oh, anyhow it helps to vent it out I just feel for these young people that don't understand yet how they are perceived and how I will never go back there personally

Service, well.. when it says it closes at a specific time you would think it would close at that specific time. It seems to always be closed 24/7. With a little pen drawn paper sign on the drive thru reading "closed"

Listen. I'm not sure why the rating on this Wendy's is as low as it is. I walk in the store. It's exceptionally clean the personnel greets you like they know you and they communicate well. They pay attention to what you're saying and they got your order correct? And the food was exceptional. What's the problem? I give them an a+

I come here fairly often and every time I have to deal with this one woman something is off with my order. normally i blow it off but this time I went in and told them that this is not what I ordered. she completely denied that she got my order wrong. I was polite but she just had an f-you attitude the whole time. I won't be back again.

15 minutes til they close and they aren't answering the drive thru intercom, the drive thru window, or their phones, while continuing to hold eye contact with me through the drive thru window, while I trying to get them to answer. Ridiculous!!

I am at Wendy's now and there are 3 cars here including me and I've been sitting here for 10/ 12 minutes. This is ridiculous

The food at Wendy's is no doubt pretty good. I went here on 4/15. The lady working the Night Shift was extremely rude. Waited about two minutes before I finally said hello with the drive-through speaker to get my order taken. No interaction with the customer at all and no regard for me or any of the other customers. I've never had a problem with food at this location, but the customer service is awful

The staff at this location must have very depressing lives. I don't feel comfortable coming back, they are very rude every time I come through. The female in drive thru rolled her eyes and slammed the window shut because I asked for sauce without a nugget order. She gave me the sauce, but said I can't get it next time, then slammed the window shut. I came a month ago, and another female behaved just as badly. She never said a single word to me the entire time I was at the window, then slammed the window immediately after handing my food, before I could even get a chance to ask for anything. No hi, no thank you, NOTHING, just slammed the window. I worked a drive thru for 2 years, not once did I ever treat a customer the way they treated me. Sad, cuz it's the closest Wendy's to me, but I give up, can't go back there.
