Wendy's

Got here in person this time, horrible service, order took long, place was dirty, like really dirty from lobby and the kitchen. Food everywhere on the floor back there. How is this wendys still running?

As I approached two open drivethru's tonite I thought, "boy you never see that". So when she told me my Apple Pecan Grilled Chicken Salad would take 15 minutes, I thought hmmmmm...but it makes sense. Can't "hold" grilled chicken. Gotta grill it fresh! So I waited. Thankful I did. Fresh, flavorful pecans on the side, THE BEST $8.13 I've spent on food -- any food -- in a very long time! A great salad. And the drivethru lady was friendly, helpful. 8:11pm, 1/9/23. Check it, Wendy's. If you're looking for a salad, delicious, reasonable. I assume any Wendy's.

False advertising dining room hours. Workers and especially the manager is lazy doesn't want to work. Store front is dirty as hell. No customer service skills. No empathy or compassion for their customers. This must be a franchise store because Wendy's isn't this messed up and unknowledgeable.

Worse location I've ever been to! I will NEVER come back NEVER for no reason! I ordered a chocolate chunk cookie & it was so cold & stale! Wendy's has failed me.

AWFUL!!NONE of the food was food. The center of my border was cold and I had about a 10 minute drive which means it never even came out hot to begin with.Fries had clearly been hot-held for some time before served to me. Chicken nuggets were lukewarm. They gave me a Diet Coke instead of a Coke.NOTHING was right.Tempted to contest the charge with my bank, it was so bad!Turn away and run, screaming! Don't give this location your money. Most Wendy's I go to are awesome. NOT THIS ONE!!

This place is sooo dirty!!!! is disgusting how is this a new location is a new and every is so dirty, Floors, tables, where you get the sodas everything is sooo dirty how is this possible and employees where getting the food without gloves.

Chicken was so dry I couldn't bite it off my sandwich had to yank it off for a few seconds. Plus you always seem to forget the sauce or give me the wrong one. I don't even go here frequently so for every experience to be negative you must really suck at managing the place.

really bad services, i order my food by yelp, di not got what i wanted, and the deliver left my food outside in the floor not even bothering ringing the doorbell at all..

This location is always short staffed, I try to order thru the app to avoid long wait times but it never fails it's always a wait. The manager doesn't look like he helps take the load off and make sure the employees are good. He was just walking thru the kitchen checking inventory or something he had his lil clip board and his clothes were so clean, clearly he doesn't do any work. Very disappointed this location just keeps going downhill. They should turn off mobile orders until they can contain the masses or something because it's not fair to the employees or the customers. I only go here because it's near my house & it's the most affordable fast food. I only selected 1 star because the food is still good, just the worst experience.

I haven't been to a Wendy in years! I wanted something different and once we got to the drive thru no one came on the speaker. Car after car behind me was leaving. We went inside to find what looked like teens just sitting around. The guy at the register asked why no one took our order. We told him no one came on the intercom so we went in. He was complaining that some one should have taken are order out there. Beyond irritated. Looked at the food and the fries we all supposed to be medium but was given small The baconator came with one patty and it shows 2. ! Never again...
