Wendy's

My 4 year old has been begging me to come here for months because she thinks Wendy is Anna from Frozen. She calls it Anna's burgers. After avoiding it for sooo long I finally caved in and brought my daughters for a late lunchIt has been years since I stepped into a Wendy's because of a previous bad experience at another location but I was pleasantly surprised with this one.The employees are so nice, the best customer service I have received from a restaurant in a while,let alone a fast food restaurant. Maybe because they are all older and we came in around 2 pm but either way, excellent job guys. My only complaint would be that the dining area is no very clean and worn down, all the tables were dirty when we were finding a seat.Their salads are excellent quality for fast food, better than any I have had at other fast food places. This is especially true considering the price, only $7 bucks for a full. This salad is loaded with grilled chicken and they are very generous with the avocado. I was also very pleased with their chocolate chip cookies, only 1$ and they are pretty big and good.Anyways, Wendy's will forever be known to our family as Anna's hamburgers thanks to my 4 year old. I just hope it doesn't become an obsession Like Frozen is.

Came through the drive thru, line was pretty long we figured it couldn't possibly take that long so we waited, I ended up wanting to leave because it indeed was taking very long but a couple cars had since gotten behind us so we were stuck.We finally get to the speaker to order, my husband was trying to ask to swap fries for a baked potato, and she repeatedly talked over my husband asking what size extremely rudely, my husband answers her and she was like you wanted a baked potato too and my husband said no we wanted it instead of the fries, we were told we can not do that... but I have literally always done that for years, ok fine, maybe something changed, so we say ok, she asks what we wanted to drink, my husband answered prior to asking me what I wanted and I said no I want a tea my husband says I'm sorry not a coke a tea and she literally says I already poured it. Ummm what? She says is that it? We say yeah she said go to the window and you'll get the total. As we are waiting we are literally watching a girl at the window make really smug faces to the customers before us and it's at this point I have zero trust in the food or drink I was about to pay for... so we left. I have been here a couple times prior to this and it was bad then too.... Looking at all the reviews here... I think management needs to get it together or this place is going to fade.

Ordered 3 burgers, all were cold and smothered in Mayo and ketchup. The young man at the window was nice but food not so great.

Complete disappointment.. staff goofing around from the minute I seen them. No one seems to be in charge. Waited for my Dave's double 20min. Asked for no tomatoes and still got some. This is all the time in this location. I would only recommend this place if you absolutely are starving and this is your only option. I work for the company that delivers them the food and if we mess up the order or experience we make sure to take care of it. Now let's see how Wendy's takes care of me. Absolutely embarrassment for the store manager if he/she only knew how the place ran when they are not around. And if you are reading this train your cashiers to says things like "how can I help you today?" And "anything else we can make for your today?" not "what else?" And "is that it?"

The reviews of this Wendy's are pathetic for a reason. Horrible food, slow and bad customer service all in a dirty location. Seriously if you can avoid the store at all cost do. Every time I go here I think it might get better and it never does. Zero sense of urgency from any employees... The store is filthy and nobody cares.

This place deserves a 0 ! The last 3 times I went here the missed up my order or they are always closing early. Today I got a sandwich and they gave me a grilled chicken sandwich instead of a crispy chicken sandwich. There was also a HAIR in my food !!!! And there was a hole in the sandwich wrapping. I called so them and got hung up on as soon as I mentioned there was hair in my food. I tried calling back and no answer then the line magically got busy. This place is ridiculous.

Fries are warm and soggy, the nuggets taste old and the bacon is no longer crispy. Definitely not worth what they are charging.

i went here on january 29th at night and there service was AMAZING 100/10 would recommend newcomers to come to this one. And the fries were just so delicious i couldn't even talk.

placed a mobile order. when picked up items were missing. called store to be rudely told there is nothing they would do for me. I was not in a position to return to the store. I requested a refund for missing item only. to be told no and she hung up on me. I tried numerous times to call store again to have them answer and hang up immediately. worst customer service ever. I will not be returning to Wendy's again.

This place deserves no stars and completely new staff.. I stopped by wanting to eat in the lobby and it was closed and had to go thru the drive thru. Mind you I spent almost $40. I asked the manager MARYANN why the lobby was closed she said because she didn't want to clean it and a grin. She has the worst attitude the customer service at this place is the worst. I ordered chili she asked several time the size I wanted well turns out she didn't add it to the order and when I said this to then they closed the window on my face and she was clearing talking shit about me. Well the Chili was plain they forgot the onions and cheese. I expect some compensation for the bad time this women made me have and at least someone to reach back out to me. I'm pretty sure this is not the customer service Wendys likes to give out. I'm so upset and disappointed
