Wendy's

I know Wendy's are a dying breed, but wish they died faster. This Wendy's won't give you a spoon or straw either your frosty. This woke save the planet stuff is ridiculous. All of it is an excuse for a greedy company to save a few cents not providing you the needed tool to eat your food. I hope this Wendy's goes by way of the dodobird. Byyyeeee

The two women working the drive through line at 12:30 were two of the rudest woman I've seen in the restaurant business. I was picking a DoorDash order that waited for 20 mins in line and drove to for a customer, only to find out THEY messed up and gave the order to someone else. This has happened numerous times at Wendy's and they always make the order for the customer like DoorDash support says in app (that I showed them) and then I called the customer RIGHT in front of them and the customer said they had no food andNo one else is on the way. I was trying to make it right for the customer and they told me to o around the line again, but they weren't gonna remake it. After I Just waited like everyone else. But they said they weren't making the food for the customer, because they messed up?! The is more of a business etiquette review, they were so dang rude and slammed the window on our faces, being a manager myself if someone treated customers like that I would of fired them immediately. The rudest woman, go to a near by fast food instead to avoid such attitude!

We wanted dinner late in Kirkland and this was the only place open. We got a Classic Chicken Sandwich, and Spicy Chicken Nuggets.The sandwich was ordinary, nothing to write about. The fries with the sandwich were good (we did eat it on the way back). The Spicy Chicken nuggets were the surprise, we liked them a lot. We may come back just for the nuggets.

It's always amazing to see impeccable customer service under pressure of a long line up and maybe a slower kitchen because of understaffing...My food was great. But seeing how the order takers/cashiers were so calm under pressure, made me recognize that even a minimum paying job at a fast food restaurant deserves more recognition. Thank you for working late too! It's 10:15pm and everyone and their cousin is here!

Nice enough store. Good enough food for value. But they're not very good or with it and their service sucks. I recently had the manager not know about breakfast specials on a Wednesday that started on a previous Sunday.And the worst thing is the kids at the window. Like 2 minutes before closing, they won't hand you an order out the window but if you dont hurry to the door they then lock you out and make you back through drive thru. They want you to come in. Juat tonight I was at the drive up window getting my dinner order fixed they had messed up. And I said, oh I just got a Doordash order for Robert while at the menu board, and they wouldn't hand it to me out the window. They gave me my own order out the window and then go park my car and walk inside and get the other one. And the kid just looked at me and smiled and said "no I won't do it." I said what and he repeated it. Service? Hah. Attitude.

Again customer service was poor. I was trying to use the app, for rewards and I got ripped off. They don't know how to use it and can't help you.

Do not go to this Wendy's.The employees are not trained well at all, they are rude, they do not care, and the manager is also completely unhelpful and dismissive. They will mess up your orders, not fix them, and they are phoning it in.Do not support this Wendy's. Go anywhere else.

When I worked for ASC in Bremerton, While out on my run cleaning parking lots in Kirkland, I would stop at Wendy's on my half hour lunch at Kirkland Wendy's for a really good burger and fries!

Great friendly service, I love Dave's burgers so I have been to quite a few places, this is by far the BEST. Super clean, friendly and a perfect Bugar!

The blue or pink haired emo girl with a repulsive attitude gave us only half the order the first time then forgot the soda and on top of that forgot the straws and forgot my burger entirely. just for a two person order this was too much for her to handle. Once we left we realized the hot sauce was also forgotten even though it was listed on the receipt.
