I came here literally on a whim, but I had gotten one of the 2023 Frosty tags as a gift, so I decided to take advantage of it. I walked in and was greeted immediately, which is a good thing, but the guy made me feel like he was rushing me when I was trying to decide what to order. I asked if they accepted the Frosty tag and he says "We don't take those. We only take the 2024 tags." I was taken aback and for a split second I thought about leaving. But I just stood there for minute and decided to stay. Then the guy starts laughing and tells me he's kidding. Okay, then...I guess he felt bad because he gave me a small frosty for free (which honestly wasn't much bigger than the Junior Frosties. It seemed like he was trying but not hard enough. He forgot to fill the napkin dispenser behind me, so I had to ask for napkins and a cup because I had gotten a combo.All in all, not a bad experience but that guy should really watch who he tries to be funny with because I have a feeling that some customers might turn around and walk out when told they can't use their cards. I mean, being funny is one thing, but some people take that stuff literally. The food was good, but not hot, but it was enjoyable and the place was fairly clean, so the experience was okay.

This location has absolutely gone downhill. I'm not even surprised seeing all of the bad reviews here on Yelp. Years ago, Wendy's used to be my absolute favorite fast food and I would always go to this location. It has been steadily declining in recent years so we stopped going as much. Well, a couple weeks ago was the last straw. I ordered some food through the app. First mistake. Never thought it would've caused such an issue but here we are. I ordered, we waited in the 20 minute long drive-thru line, and finally got home, just to open our food and find our burgers were made wrong. I ordered a new burger called the Italian Mozzarella Cheeseburger. We also ordered a Dave's double, some spicy nuggets, and a large fry. Only the fries and nuggets were ok and I mean ok. The nuggets were warm but the fries were lukewarm at best. The Dave's double was missing lettuce and pickles - annoying but not the end of the world. The real issue that has made me give up on this Wendy's is the problem I had getting the new Italian Mozzarella Cheeseburger. This burger was not cheap - almost $7 after tax. When I opened my burger up, I expected it to have the fried mozzarella patty that made it stand out from all of their other burgers. Well it didn't. It was the saddest thing I've ever seen... a burger patty, a slice of cheese, and way too much marinara... for $7. At this point I'm annoyed. We tried calling the store, several times, but no one answered. Great. Now I'm getting mad. My husband drove back to the store and tried to go in to the lobby to avoid the long drive-thru line but the doors were locked so he had to get back in the that line. This time it took 30 minutes just to get to the speaker. Just for them to say "Oh no, we're out of that." If you're out, then why was that not mentioned when we picked up our food?? You think it's ok to just give a customer an incomplete order without a single word? I would've just gotten something else! So he asked for a refund since this isn't what I ordered. They said they refused and we had to take care of it ourselves through the app. NEVER order through the app. There is no actual way to request a refund. You have to wait until either their live chat is available or call when they're phone lines are open. Fast forward to the next morning. Live chat opens up so I got in line. After repeating my issue twice, they told me that I have to wait for the general manager of the store to call me to resolve the issue. So now I have to rely on someone else to contact me just to get a refund. They said it would take 2-3 business days. This was on a Saturday. I waited a week and unsurprisingly, no one contacted me. It has now been 2 weeks and still nothing. I ended up disputing the charge with my bank. If someone at this location would've just spoken up when we picked up our food and and said they were out of this burger's ingredients, I would've gotten something else. I would've been annoyed but would've made it work. And then to not answer the phone after we called at least 5 times, just to waste our time driving back and still being told there's nothing they'd do... absolutely ridiculous. I worked in foodservice for 6 years and this isn't ok. We won't be going back to this location. Clearly the GM doesn't care to try to resolve an issue I had so I don't care to ever return. STAY AWAY.

I have been to this store several times and each experience has been unsatisfactory; today's experience takes the cake. I waited in the drive through line for over 30 minutes, including the more than 5 minutes it took to be acknowleged at the order speaker. The drive through line was not that long and there was no observable reason that it took the staff that long to get through the line. Once I was finally acknowledged at the order speaker, the staff person was rude and unapologetic for the extremely long wait. The staff was also very rude at the pick up window. All of this AND my food was cold and inedible. I am generally a very patient, "benefit of the doubt" type of person and it really takes a lot for me to submit a complaint, but my experience today was unacceptable. I understand most places are short staffed and we're in trying times right now, but polite customer service should still be standard.

I love Wendy's as they are my favorite fast food chain.. that being said, this establishment up in Everett is absolute poop. Always short staffed, the staff that is on duty moves with no urgency and probably hates their life. Orders are constantly messed up or incorrect.

You will sit in drive thru for a ridiculous amount of time. Understanding that places can be short staffed but there's no sense of urgency and orders still get messed up.

WENDYS, you went downhill...Big time. Kayley, a very snotty/ rude young black woman working at the dining room register truly needs to learn customer service manners...Singing, making faces and laughing about other customers isn't okay.Waiting in the dining room for 15 minutes for a baked potato and chili that was pre nade. If there was a no star I would've pressed it.But most likely WENDY'S won't do a thing about it.

Not sure why this location has 2 stars. I have gone here several times recently & I am impressed with the level of customer service I have received. My food has been prepared fresh & overall I've had pleasant experiences.

Today my experience at Wendy's was very disappointing. I downloaded the Wendy's App about a month ago and have been going in and using their offers and rewards. The location has experienced problems in the past but have always been able to figure out how to apply my reward. I loaded the Choose 2 for $8 offer. Went through the drive and ordered the 2 items. When I got to the window the employee scanned the code. I then started to noticed it was not flowing as usual and the employee struggling with the register, looking around confused and then asked if they could try to scan the code again. After a little while longer the employee came back to relay a message from their manager that the best they could offer was $3 off. The manager or supervisor on shift made no attempt to come to the register to support their employee. I ended up leaving without the meal.I am disappointed by how this situation was handled. The lack of support and interaction/communication from management to help resolve an issue and leaving your employee to pass on a message that we can not honor an offer, and the lack of urgency to get to a resolution.

Horrible management rude workers. Never had a good experience here especially being someone who worked there. Trashy environment and workers on drugs passing out while making food. Left without mangers to help for hours and leaves an entire work load for a young woman to deal with. Very dirty as well. Only reason I gave one star is because there's no option for Zero.

One of the worst run Wendy's I have ever seen. Often come away with half a serving of fries and a drink cup full of ice. Regularly tastes of burnt oil. On top of that be ready to wait at least 15 minutes. Even at peak times the drive-thru wraps around to the entrance because they are so slow. Managers must not care because I never see them on the floor working.
