Wendy's

Today, I'm quite hungry, and my go-to fast-food choice is Wendy's for their delicious Apple Pecan Salad. I'm also craving fries! Everything sounds good aside I forgot to get hamburger with veggies- will easy to eat, whether through the drive-thru or dine-in! Yum!

Another quick run out for a juicy burger, why not after a lengthy week? Went through & boy was it quite busy tonight. We did get through the line relatively quick, kudos for that as the line was practically out to the road. Ordered 2 #5's as they had a new wrap, burgers for The next trip out. $24 is average price with inflation but used to be lower. When we received our items, mine was fresh, hot & ready but my friends was cold. The chicken itself was cold. I would expect their new item would meet higher then expectations, especially with the advertisement. However. It seems that's not the best option to go with. I'm not ordering that again, in the case of sickness. I'm tired of places not providing what is advertised & NOT maintaining it at safe eating temperatures. Not to mention the wraps were partially wrapped as well. Be careful for future people who come through here.

Wendy's location at 5117 196th St SW, Lynnwood, WA 980363:55pm PST, Saturday, 1 July 2023Ordered a Double, no cheese, ketchup only, medium combo.Drink machines were both out of most products.There was no straws, drink lids, or ketchup out for customers, entire area was stained and dirty.Got my order. It was a single with everything I asked not to be on it, on it. It was actually gloppy from all the toppings, like they had added extras of everything I asked NOT to be on it.Manager didn't want to make another one, and insisted I ordered a single instead of a double. Finally I brought all my food up to the counter and asked for a refund.Manager begrudgingly refunded my card. Walked out.Horrible customer service, and badly kept up store.Avoid.

I try to rate each individual fast food location on their own. The staff, and attention given can make a huge difference. I have had many locations that range greatly, all the way down to the one star, and can say pretty confidently that this is the best Wendy's location I've had. It's nearby, so I've had plenty of time to test this theory.Typically, I get Wendy's for breakfast. Two orders of their Maple Chicken Croissant combo meals with frosty-ccino's is the go-to for my household order. Aside from that, we've had burgers, chicken nugget combos, the honey butter-biscuit, and of course their lemonade. They've never failed to be quick and friendly, with accurate orders each time.There are two things that really make this location stand out above the rest, and honestly both just include doing the work right.1. The accuracy. From even the little items like sauce, we've always been able to get exactly what we've asked for. Most locations we've been to, if we order one regular nugget and one spicy nugget, we'll only get two orders of either regular or spicy. At this location though? We've always gotten the nuggets we've asked for. Even if we order exactly the same otherwise. It's so nice to be able to order the flavors we want without worrying who has to get the wrong order this time.2. The other item is the frosty-chino. These drinks can be so delicious when done right. A nice creamy coffee with plenty of flavor. I cannot count how many times we've gotten nasty frosty-chino's at other locations. From not being mixed at all, to being watered down, to just having no flavor. I don't understand how it happens so often. Yet! Even after all our breakfast orders, ranging from 7am on a Sunday to 10pm on a Saturday, we've always got creamy amazing drinks every time.Huge shoutout to the staff here, for taking such care even at this fast-food restaurant just shoved behind the Applebee's.

It is not good. I came last month, and they forgot to add my chili. Today, I told the employee I would double-check my bag because they forgot my chili the last time. She said, " Oh. nooo..." That was it. She did not offer to give it to me as they had forgotten. I ordered a Taco Salad, and they forgot to add t he chips. This is just ridiculous.

Super specific, just need two ketchup and a ranch the girl even had it on the screen. I get up there I get my food it's a very quick transaction I pull over to eat my food and I have five Ketchups to throw away three, when I asked for two l, and no ranch. I go to the dining room to go in to exchange it. And it's locked so I had to walk around to the drive-through. They proceeded to bitch at me for not driving back through the drive-through when there are seven freaking cars there! I would have to hope they could read when filling the bags... This restaurant sucks. Don't go here.

Great customer service, drive through is quick and people are very friendly. Good job Wendy's hiring great staff!

I have been to this Wendy's 3 times this year and every time the lobby is closed and there are at LEAST 10 cars wrapped around the building (doesn't matter what time of day, either. It's currently 530 pm but it has been 2 pm and 9 pm the other two times). On top of that, 2/3 the food was wrong but I couldn't get back through the drive through to have them make it right. I understand staffing is a problem, but the other fast food restaurants around this one don't seem to face the same issue. I don't know if it's management, employee pay or the franchisee that needs to change, but this was the final straw and I'm done trying. Go elsewhere if you're looking for even "moderately paced" food otherwise you'll wait an hour in the drive through for an incorrect order.

This visit I want to rave and give a shout out to Melissa who provided a smile and friendly service. This kind of person in restaurant business is rare. I appreciate her positive attitude and her style of customer service. Kudos girl, you are one of a kind! The food was good too but service was better.
