Wendy's

My bf was craving their Orange Creamsicle Frosty and I was wanting some spicy nuggets, so came here to grab a quick snack. Drive-thru moved quickly, and staff was friendly. The nuggets and frosty were tasty, as they normally are. We were happy and satisfied.

When do you spell such a special eclectic menu and the service here is really good. Everybody is super friendly and they will teach you how to order through the app... My favorite thing of course is the soda machine lol you can get all sorts of different flavors you could only dream of years ago, but I really have to admit when I have that craving and I don't wanna gain too much weight. I have to have the junior cheeseburger my close friends ordered the chicken nuggets and fries, but then she also had to have. The bacon, Nader fries... This is clearly a creation made from heaven... and the service was quite good here. I made the mistake of trying just one of the baconater fries and now I'm addicted. Come in and say hello to the staff and try to bacon Nater fries you won't be able to try just one order... But the junior cheeseburger in the mini other items that they have in a very reasonable price the quality of preparation is top-notch. This is more than just fast food, this is fast and friendly food!

I don't expect much from fast food. But giving your customer visibly old chicken is gross.... I hope I don't get food poisoning.. why does the chicken look like a crouton?

Wendy's is better in quality than other fast-food places. This one is decent. I have been coming here for years, mainly the drivethrough. Employees have always been courteous and helpful and the food has always been good as expected.

Usually the food is low quality to outright bad at this location. Sadly tonight I didn't even get food. Got off work with just enough time to hit the last offerings in Bellevue before they close. Went there to redeem a 2 for $6 coupon to be told their scanner wasn't working upon reaching the window. She refused to honor the coupon and was even telling me I was wrong in what the coupon offered!!! She said I could either pay full price for the two sandwiches or go somewhere else, so that's what I did. I left. To Thai 65 to be exact. I've had issues at that Wendy's before, mainly people not being able to understand my order spoken in English, but this one takes the cake.

I had a very terrible and quite discriminative experience with the lady in drive through. Her picture is attached. Before placing order I called the store no one answered. Then, I checked the website it said open for carryout at the pickup counter see pic attached (didn't say that anywhere to pick up at drive through). So, I placed the order and went to this store by walking because I live next door. I went inside and a nice gentleman said that the lobby closed and said I can pick up my order from drive through window. I said I don't bring or have a car on me. He said it will be fine. I went there and spoke to the lady in the pic with window closed. I spoke very calmly, respectful and friendly to her. No car at all as well in drive through. However, her voice was super rude and disrespectful.Me: I have an online order and the gentleman said I can pick it up hereHer: No you have to drive a car to do thatMe: I don't have a car nowHer: Use uber thenMe: Really? The guy inside I can pick up here Her: NoMe: I already paidHer: Call your bank then ask for your moneyMe: What is your nameHer: I don't want give it to you because you will remember meMe: Thats fine. Is there any manager?She didn't answer and ignoring me.They are all talking not in English as well when the whole time I was there. She failed to realize that I understand what she is talking about in her language. I took picture and video of her. She was aware of it and didn't say anything or said no when I asked I wanted to take pic and video of her which mean she allow me to do it on her consent. I then left smile and said good night to her. I was blowing out by her rude attitude and response.I would be fine if she has better attitude especially when I was respectful and calm. There is no reason to treat me so rudely like the way she did.Look at the pic attached in the wendy's email saying: "just ask our friendly member". Is that definition of friendly?We are all human being and I'm sure she will not like it when others treat her like the way she did. There are lots of case out there about refusing to serve walking customers when the lobby is closed but the restaurant is still serving others with automobiles or motorcycles that is frankly discriminatory.May God bless her for what she has done to me tonight.May she can put little smile on her face that can bright up her day and life at least. Remember to be kind as well while you can lady. :)If you read other people comments said the same that they are very rude at drive through. It seems they never respect customers.I wonder why Wendy's management let that keep happening. Is it okay for them to work and get paid to treat customers with rude service? I don't think thats acceptable especially when the customer is nice and respectful to them.

My mom loves their salad so we decided to stop in since it's the only one in this area.We needed to park in the disabled space and it had been raining so thankfully there were two spaces because one of them was basically just a gigantic puddle and my shoes would have been soaked Getting out of the car. They really need to do something about that.Everything seemed clean from what I could see.The food came out quickly and was exactly how it was ordered and was good From a business perspective, it seems like there was things that the employees could be doing other than standing around doing absolutely nothing which four of them were doing, but that's neither here nor there from a customer point of view I suppose

Was supposed to be a large frosty. After having to wait and ask for it again, it was a smaller size. It took a while to get and they still messed up. It seems like this keeps happening often where they don't want to listen to what you order.

If you want to lose your faith in humanity go to wendys they will make sure you have no dignity after you leave. Wendy's is one of the most affordable "restaurants" in downtown bellevue and me and my friend walked a mile to get food at 11 pm while they were still open and found that the dining area was closed. We knocked at the door and the workers just stared at us like we were crazy. So after walking over a mile and being hungry we got into the drive thru lane which I know is a little silly but nobody would answer us. We went to the speaker machine where we proceeded to ask again "can we order food?" and over the speaker nobody answered but for the previous customer (in a vehicle) they did. We heard someone yelling from the front of the line so we walked up to see what was happening and we saw a worker yelling at us but couldn't understand what they were saying. We walked to the window and the worker closed the window and yelled through the window saying "we don't take walk ups". This all would have been fine had you said that when we called to ask if you would take us prior to walking a mile and putting it on your website. Or maybe just saying it in the speaker machine so you don't have to yell through the window. My friend and I are 16 and women so we are not scary looking and there was no reason to treat us like we were crackheads. Me and my friend are also slightly deaf so trying to understand what the guy was saying while yelling at the front of the line and through the window and then proceeding to just stare at us like we were crazy is just unnecessary.
