Got the shoyu ramen with a coconut milk tea! The ramen was pretty good, although the meat was cold in the broth so I had to wait for the broth to heat it up before I could properly taste it. I felt a little rushed and self conscious eating because one of the workers kept standing very close to the tables and watching people eat, lol. Not a huge deal, probably typical for a faster paced place.

Wen's noodle and Ramen restaurant is very spacious and clean. The staff I ordered from was very friendly and my order came out in less than 10 minutes. I ordered the Miso Raven with Chicken ($15.95) and I must say that the ramen was so bland and lacking in flavor. I couldn't finish it due to the lack of flavor. Fair to say that I don't plan on returning to Wen's noodle and Ramen.

Still not ready for dine in, but take out is an option.Somehow I've been fortunate so far this pandemic in finding parking along Tremont Street when picking up from Wen's.Their ramen and scallion pancakes are still good. The sesame noodles were okay. The curry rice sauce was not to our taste, but the vegetable variation came pleasantly with tofu, broccoli, and onions, rather than the presumed carrots, potato, and onion.Over several visits late 2021- 2022.

Ambiance is clean, service is fast and friendly. Food is meh. I had curry chicken with rice which was 2/3 rice & 1/3 curry w some onion and broccoli then breaded fried chicken breast sliced and put on top. Odd. Chicken is usually cooked in the curry.

It's clean and quick. The broth I ordered was lacking flavor and a bit on the salty side. I had to pour 1 cup of water to make it ok. I also ordered veggie gyoza and literally had to spit it out. Can taste that the flavoring was good however, it tasted a little spoiled and I didn't want to risk getting sick. I don't know if it was just left out too long before they cook it or something.

I've returned to this bustling noodle soup shop several times for a quick dinner on Newbury St. I haven't tried the ramen here, but the Yunnan rice noodles are pretty good! I usually get the beef rice noodle soup which comes in a flavorful (albeit a little salty) broth, with many toppings like bean sprouts, mushrooms, bamboo, and cabbage. It's very filling and satisfying! You can order and pay directly from your phone which was convenient. In terms of food and ambience, it's not mind blowing, but I'll give it 4 stars for the decent prices for Newbury St!

Love both the noodle and rice dishes. The fried chicken over rice is moist & delicious. Many options for noodles but the tomato broth & pork is my favorite so far. Easy ordering with QRC and quick service makes this my go-to when I'm downtown.

A good place for noodles and other Chinese. It has pretty healthy stuff. Wen's Noodle across from Boston Common is a small place that gets mostly Asian eaters because it's authentic and not Americanized like Panda Express and shit like that. Basic noodles like pho and ramen. There's a variety of noodles and of proteins as well. It has mostly Chinese along with Korean and Thai cuisine. Lots of variety to get here. There's a nice range of levels of spice. Among the Thai items are curries. These come with a choice of a protein like chicken or tofu. I like the Vegetarian Curry Over Rice. It's $10.89 for a pretty big portion of this. There's the protein along with some vegetables. A mild level of spice. This an also be adjusted and it can be way hotter than this. Curry sauce is also good. The noodles dishes are good too but just know to substitute rice noodles because these are the egg free ones. Has a small dining area inside. It doesn't have a whole lot of tables so it can be hard finding a seat. This is a reason why most people get takeout.

This place is order by phone at the table. They're pretty quick and it's very convenient. Unfortunately their broth isn't packing much of a punch or any kind of flavor for that matter. Wasn't a huge fan. It's just okay. It's well priced. But it just left me a bit...meh. Maybe other things on the menu are great, but to me, if your ramen broth isn't flavorful then I'm not sure I trust the flavors of anything else on your menu. But to each their own!

This spot happened to catch our eye when looking for someplace to eat near Boston Commons. My husband got the chicken curry - he didn't love it. I tried it and thought it was a little bland. I got the pork steam dumplings and a classic boba. The steam dumplings were good and filled you up. I would try them again! My favorite was the boba here though. Probably not a spot for picky eaters, but worth a stop and I'd also like to try their ramen.
