This place has so many Bests:Best-tasting latte in Seattle. I regularly go out of my way to walk my dog here just so I can get one. Even the beans they sell (which they roast themselves) are fantastic.Best Korean food in the city. It may not be the traditional Korean BBQ fare that most Seattleites think of when they hear "Korean food" but that is a good thing: it's way more fun and inventive (and also delicious. The pork plate and the wings are standouts).Best service. The staff knows regulars by name and goes out of their way to make people in the community feel like they are part of the family.Lastly: the absolute best French Toast. Crusted with sugary breakfast cereal and served with whipped cream. It is heaven.Make sure to make a reservation if you want more than coffee, since they don't take walk-ins for dining. But that small extra step is more than worth it.

Watson's Counter has been on my list for a while when their cereal French toast was making its round on the Internet. While the French toast looks beautiful, I'm not much of a sweets breakfast person - so I was really excited to see other beautiful Korean-inspired breakfast items! There is some residential parking nearby. Give yourself some time to find it and walk to the restaurant.Three of us made a reservation online for 9AM. It was a quiet morning at the restaurant, but it began really filling up around 9:30AM. A reservation is a good idea for Watson's. The staff were friendly, attentive, and patient.I ordered the eggs Benny with pork belly. The egg was PERFECTLY cooked. The pork belly was yummy, and actually the salad had a really nice Asian dressing so I happily ate my breakfast salad. Friends enjoyed their chicken/waffle and loco moco! I think the only criticism was that the loco moco could have more sauce.I'll be back!!

Food was good, people were nice and coffee too. Must try chicken and waffles and this toast I forgot the name of it. But they were good and flavorful.

I love the Korean fusion. Ordered the pork belly Benedict and it was a delight. Everything was flavorful and it was filling. I usually don't like salad due to fatty dressings but the side salad was light, tangy and refreshing. Pork belly was succulent and paired well with the eggs. Side note: it's probably better avoid dishes with Korean sides if you can't handle spice. I think it's spicier than what you would typically expect from a Korean side dish. We walked in on a Saturday and were able to get seats right away! Waitress was friendly.

4.5 StarsI 've been wanting to try this spot for a while - I was so excited! :)Came here for Sunday Brunch. Was bustling.Loved the creative menu. On the pricier side. They were out of a few items like the cardamon syrup.Food:- Pork Belly Benedict ($23.5) - Succulent Pork Belly Slices, perfectly poached eggs ad tangy hollandaise on toasted english muffin halves. Loved the lightly dressed salad on the side.-Loco Moco ($23.5 + Egg $2.5) - I thought this tasted a bit weird but my friend loved it-Cereal French Toast ($9 for one slice) - I loved how this wasn't too sweet.Drinks:-Mimosas ($11 each)-Bee and the Child Matcha Latte ($6 for 8 oz)Automatic 18% Gratuity. Street Parking.

I'm a sucker for anything with cereal in it and I keep coming back to this place for that when I'm in Seattle. They did chance locations since the first time I came, probably due to popularity and they do deserve the hype. The toast was big and fluffy. A little dense but I personally liked the chew it had to it. The service was a bit slow but everyone working was kind. Food: 8/10Service: 7/10Ambience: 7/10

We finally snagged a reservation for a Saturday brunch and would return.A CREATIVE MENU THAT LIVES UP TO THE HYPE. Though known for their coffee, it was impressive how many non-coffee options there were and we were happy with our matcha variations. The vegetarian poutine was fun and overall effective but for my taste there were too many fries that absorbed most of the gravy meaning I got less gravy per bite. The loco moco was had a pork and beef mixture not usually seen in this dish and again the gravy could have had more flavor. The star of the show was the fruity pebble french toast - perfect texture, depth of flavor, and delicious accompanying whipped cream and syrup. I would highly recommend getting 1 slice of fruity pebs french toast and splitting it as a side.CALM AND TRENDY VIBES. Parking in the neighborhood was easy. The interior was beautiful and open with a coffee bar. The staff was friendly and attentive and just had an air of being relaxed. There's no cell service but someone was happy to share the wifi password. The menus were digital but their website was for some reason not loading so we then got a print menu. I wish we had just got a print menu from the get-go.

Found this cozy place for brunch and loved it! The place is roomy and it doesn't feel crowded even when busy. We ordered the locomoco and pork belly benedict. While we loved both dishes - we found the pork belly benedict a little too heavy because of the fat. I was also pleasantly surprised by the gingerbread latte, it's not too sweet but has a very unique taste. Would come back again!
