Its more than a water store. Rare to see a Thrifty Ice Cream parlor and this place brings me back when they were more common.

I have gotten my 5 gallon water filled almost everywhere in the Maryvale area. First Walmart, then the self service places all around town in front of Circle K etc etc. After dropping over 100 bucks on a water cooler I started to care about the taste of my water. I was like Primo at Walmart tastes ok for 29 cents a gallon. But it very convenient. All was good with getting my 5 gallons filled at Walmart till one day I got a glass of water at Starbucks. I was like damn this tastes good, so much better than the crap I have been paying 29 cents for at Walmart. So I started to look around for other places to fill up my water.I stumbled across this place no thanks to yelp. Heck it didn't even list this place as a water place. It listed it as an ice cream shop. Which yes they do sell Thrifty Ice cream. So blah blah blah, what about the water? So does it taste better than 29 cent primo from Walmart. Yes it does. But it better taste more pure than Walmart because this water is 35 cents a gallon vs 29 cents. Now is it on the level of Sparkletts or Arrowhead delivery water? I honestly don't know if it is on that level. But it does taste pure. More pure tasting at least than the machine at Walmart or the quarter machines around town. Now is this the purest water at any water shop across the valley. hahahahahaha lets not get ahead of ourselves. 4 solid stars.

Where have I been? I have always driven by thinking this is just a simple water n ice stop. This little hole in the wall serves the best Thrifty ice cream, snow cones and self serve water and ice. Prices are on point! Portions are huge and they carry all the nostalgic Thrifty flavors. Don't let the area fool you the place is great and service is awesome!

It's really good here. They sell water. The best thing about this place is they sell Thrifty brand ice cream. In addition to this, they also sell Thrifty brand ice cream containers in the freezer. They also sell and assortment of Arizona ice teas. Overall I would give this place five stars out of five.

Love coming to this place! The place had a variety of ice cream flavors for everyone taste. The ladies who work there are super friendly and efficient when they took down my friend and I order. The lobby has a few chairs and tables for those who want to sit down and enjoy their delicious ice cream. The place is a bit hidden but it's worth it!

Service is always family friendly and huge selection of ice cream and snacks at a reasonable price.

The average person could live without food for nearly a month but we could only survive about one week without water --- that's how essential water is to human life. Some of us can't go a day without coffee but that's a different story.This place is great. The owner, Dwight, is the sweetest and most charismatic guy ever! While you can get your water jugs filled here ($0.30/gallon unless it's Wednesday when it becomes $0.25/gallon), they also sell Thrifty ice cream here! They also sell little snacks if you're feeling peckish while you wait for those 5-gallon jugs to get filled and there's ample seating. Don't forget to tip the lovely staff here for your ice cream cone. Service is great and this place is clean. Stop in for your water and ice cream needs!

My family has been getting water here since I was little and it is delicious. They have an area to rinse jugs and different water options. They sell candy, snow cones, snacks, water bottles, accessories etc. They also serve ice cream here and have containers for you to buy even though they are a little pricey they are really good.The only issue I have is some of the staff members are rude. When the older gentleman is there he's always very nice. However when any other staff is there without him, they are always rude.

I love the place but lately there's a strong smell in the store . Still clean and friendly faces , reasonable prices . Just , what's up with the smell ?

Great selection of Thrifty ice cream flavors, huge portions, fair prices. I recommend the chocolate brownie ice cream. Yum!
