Mangonada and Frutiloka (I think I spelled them right, maybe), are on fire! Best I've ever had! Service was amazing as well. When I walked in I was the only customer and as I was waiting on my order multiple people were coming in and getting water and wanting to order things and there was only one guy behind the counter and he just seemed to do everything flawlessly! Multitasking making my order while helping customers check out. Just great service!I live in North Peoria but I will definitely be making a drive back out here just because of how awesome this place is!

When I go by here I stop and get an ice cream cone. They have Thrifty ice cream which is the best! At this location I have only gotten ice cream but they have some smoothies and fruit cups that look good too but I'll stick with the ice cream. The staff has always been pleasant and fast.

Love this place! Ice cream and great Mexican snacks and candies until 9pm!! Oh and if you need to fill your water gallons or need extra ice that's something they also carry. The ice cream is fresh, delicious and they have tons of flavors (my and my husband's faves are butter pecan, rocky road, cappuccino, pistachio and my sons fave cotton candy). You can even buy in bulk if you're having a party or event. Pedro is the bomb and the girls that work there too and super friendly.

I'm so mad at myself for not taking photos of what we actually ordered! Sorry! The guy who worked here immediately greeted us and was so attentive! He kept asking if we had any questions, was helping us decide what to get, and was really sweet. He said his family owns the location and it's been opened since 2008/2009. Items purchased: * Elote in a cup - your typical elote, Mayo, lime and chili. My bestfriend said it was very tasty! *Tostilote - Mexican Tostito chips, elote, Mayo, lime and chili. It was very good and the way it was packaged to go was not messy at all. I got the small and was super full when I was done! Overall, the place had amazing customer service and lots of delicious options. Please check them out and support!

I go to water and ice religiously and really liked it until today when the new cashier deliberately shorted me my change! she kept practically half and from how she acted after she gave me my change (like she got away with it, and her sly grin that she gave the other cashier), I turned around, Counted my change and I was right! The cashier shorted me $4.00, that's a lot at the end of the day if she does this to each person then she would have a little gig going if let's rip off the customer! LIKE WE WOULDNT NOTICE??!!! NNO ONE NEEDS A CASHIER LIKE THAT, NO ONE! Her quick response after I said she shorted me, she know exactly what I was talking about and it was no mistake of accidental miscounting change. It was quite obvious shes was up to something shady, not a good poker face, so to speak. im upset I can't trust them anymore, and I really liked that place until now, sadly! So sad! FIRE HER BEFORE SHE RUINS YOUR GOOD REPUTATION!

Popular place for ice cream and purified water, the works are always friendly and helpful.

It was a little after 9p and my husband was craving ice cream. Our typical go-to is DQ but he was in the mood for THE REAL DEAL. We have driven past this Water & Ice store after his hockey games many times and he always commented on how he loved Thrifty ice cream. Well, last night was the night. We officially went and it was amazing! The two gentlemen working could not have been more friendly and surprisingly, there were quite a few people coming in and out, even at the late hour. My original intention was to just have a taste of his and not get anything of my own, BUT their real fruit smoothies had me SOLD! I got a peach, mango, banana, and strawberry smoothie and it was delicious! Naturally, I didn't finish all of it so I put it in the fridge and plan to blend it up with ice and make it come alive again! The prices are SO right - for two scoops in a cone it was just $3 and some change. SAME with my smoothie! Finding ice cream and/or a smoothie under $6 these days is super rare. We also got a 20 lb bag of ice for a little over 2 bucks. Yes, please! Why go to DQ when we can support a fab local business?! We will 100% be back.

Always great service. Everyone is helpful. Water service is great. Has carts that help take your jugs to the car which is great when you have more than 1

I love this place. This is mainly where I get my water. If you get a water card and preload money onto it you get a little discount! Everyone that works there is always really nice too

Great place with a very friendly owner who is always here to help fill my water bottles. I highly recommend Water and Ice on Thomas and Scottsdale road.
