Yum's Carryout

They are the worst Chinese food in Washington DC ever. I ordered over the phone the Chinese female did not understand me over the phone then screamed at me making me repeat my order then hung up the phone abruptly. I tried calling them back but no one picked up the phone they ignored me. I drove over in person and asked the female chiwho was I on the phone with I want to cancel the service

OMG waste of my money I can't believe everything and I mean everything that I ordered all of it was nasty I got a Shrimp Basket the shrimp was dry I got a steak and cheese egg roll the worst and I got a soup which it had no broth in it This is my first and definitely my last time ordering here if you want to take that chance go head but I would never do it again

Customer service have gotten better marginally. This is my first time ordering from them since my last review. I didn't have time to research any other carry-outs that deliver deliver and also take card in my area. Delivery took forever (1hr 10 minutes and I only live about 2 miles away) and it's barely raining outside. Wings are a little small but good, fries are average but the Mumbo Sauce sucks, steak and cheese is kind of small in skimpy with meat but really good and their General Tso chicken is decent...I'd almost say pretty good.I don't order carryout much so I might try them a third time in the future and see how it goes.

I payed $25 for burnt food. I called to ask for another order. The lady said for me to bring it back to get my money and that she wasn't going to fix another one for me. Then hung the phone up in my face. I returned the food and instead of giving me $14 back she gave me $7.50. I don't understand.. I give u the food back and u don't give all my money back for it. I advise anyone on this side of town to stay away from this restaurant. How can you burn noodles?

the place needs to close down because i went to pick up my food and they place is extremely disgusting. its very dirty. i came to the counter and the chink girl was extremely rude. do not come here!!!!!!
