I ordered in due to long week at work.Well worth it.Yummy through and through. Beef was juicy, not dry. Tuna was so fresh and included lettuce and quinoa mix. Soup was perfectly seasoned. I would recommend this place to anyone. So delicious made me wanna go back for seconds.

When we arrived, even though I printed out my Open Table reservation confirmation, they spent ten minutes looking for it, couldn't find it and put us down as walk-ins. The place was half empty on a Friday night. The server was nice but the drinks and food took forever. Getting four glasses of wine took 20 minutes. They brought half of our party's meals about 20-25 minutes after ordering, they the other half 15 minutes later. So awkward, and 40 minutes is a long time to wait for a sandwich wrap! That's just incompetent restaurant management. My family thought their food was good or ok, but my Thai peanut noodles were a lump of sticky, brown glop with way too much sauce and overcooked noodles. There were virtually no vegetables, and it was really just too salty and unpleasant to eat. I took a few bites and couldn't eat any more. The server saw I didn't eat much and that I didn't want to take the food home, but never asked if my food was ok. Dinner for 5 with five glasses of wine was $240 including tip. The food at True Food is just not as fresh or interesting as it once was. It's too bad.

Good spot for healthy food options in Ballston. We had the brussel sprouts as an app, and the turkey burger and ancient grains bowl with chicken for dinner. All very solid! Their brunch is really good as well.

The food comes out relatively fast, and the food is consistent with the quality and taste of True foods other locations. The ancient grain bowl is always a good solid choice, and with salmon makes it a colorful and filling meal. It's a good portion overall. The Poke bowl is less worth it given the size and price; the taste is pretty standard.Staff is friendly and nice and never seems too busy during lunch hour.

Great food. Great location. I've been to other true food locations but this one is located in Ballston Quarter mall and overlooks the square where events were going on one Saturday that we went so that was a cool experience. Food was great - I had a brunch farmers bowl with oat milk ice coffee -it was delicious. Our waitress was great about accommodating my sesame allergy and told me which items to avoid. Much appreciated! Our only note was that our waitress left our check and then did not come back for some time. We had to get someone else's attention before someone came to get our check/payment method so we could leave.

Updating my review. I had gotten notification for potential fraud from my credit card because the tip was listed as 33%. I'm a good tipper, but I know that was inaccurate. I called True Food and they looked into for me, and turns out I was overcharged. They said they would reimburse me, and as I was going through my credit card bill I realized they never did.I realize that the initial could have been an error, but to not follow through with reimbursement too? The whole thing concerns me. Check your bill!!

Last minute decision to order some food with a co-worker. I placed an order for kale salad with chicken and didn't realize how pricey it was. Food was delicious and arrived pretty quickly though. But really $30 for a small salad for delivery is truly overpriced. Would not recommend delivery but possibly dining in as an option.

This was one of the better spots I've been to locally in terms of providing a wide variety of healthy food options. The venue itself is spacious with wooden tables accented by lime green chairs and sofa seating. I came here for dinner and was quickly seated. Their menu features appetizers like roasted brussel sprouts, tuna lettuce wraps, and charred cauliflower, a variety of salad and bowl options like Chinese chicken, seasonal market salads, teriyaki quinoa, and entrees like grass-fed tenderloins, chicken Parmesan, and grilled salmon with prices ranging from $13-$30. I decided to try the edamame dumplings, pesto pasta and a watermelon mojito. Service was excellent the servers were very attentive to the table and the food arrived in a timely manner. The mojito was delicious, light and refreshing, I'm not the biggest edamame fan however the dumplings were a hit for me, and the pesto pasta was amazing a solid portion size, large shrimp, and overall very fresh and vibrant tasting ingredients. I certainly recommend giving them a try if you're looking for healthy yet great tasting alternatives to the typical restaurant experiences.

I've been wanting to try this place for a long long time. I'm so glad I finally did. They have a very modern fresh quality, unique type of dishes they have a lot of options to choose from. I can't wait to go back and try more of what they have to offer. They have indoor and outdoor seating if the weather is nice outdoor is perfect but indoor is really cute as well so you can gowrong there. we had a great server, great food, great experience. It definitely lived up to my expectation

One of my favorite spots. This is one of the few places that I never feel guilty eating at - and it's also a treat at the same time!!Edamame dumplings are a must-try. And the butternut squash soup in the fall season.... Chef's kiss!
