I have been here three times already and this place never disappoints. Every time I go, I get the AYCE dinner for 32 bucks which is WELL worth the money. I have ordered the hibachi, ramen, sushi rolls (pink lady, super dragon roll, raimbow roll), edamame, gyoza, and mochi in my past visits. Everything is always super delicious and the sushi always comes out very fresh. Another main reason why I like to go back to this restaurant is because of our waiter. He is always SO kind and attentive and provides good recommendations on what to order. The general vibe is super relaxed and chill and this place is an excellent bang for your buck.

This used to be our go to sushi spot with an amazing happy hour. My girlfriend just went there this evening and found that happy hour is over. Ok fine. What's replaced is an all you can eat 90 min period. Avoiding that she ordered sushi rolls and had something sharp in one of the salmon rolls. When she brought this up she was sarcastically asked by a waitress if she needed medical attention or a doctor or xray! She mentioned that no she did not but that in the dozens of times she's eaten here over the past this has never happened! Manager hearing this did come by and was apologetic. He stated if she came back and produced a doctors note/xray report they would refund her meal ...We've gone here 20 times combined over the past year alone. Yea there will be no need to go back.

5 stars for excellent service. My wife and I came here after doing a photoshoot in D.C. It was a busy evening for the restaurant, but we were quickly seated and our order was placed in a timely manner. The ramen we got was their Tonkotsu ramen. It was served piping hot and the broth was really savory. I wouldn't say it was the best ramen I had, but it hit the spot after a long day. The staff recognized our outfit being quite formal and asked if it was a special day. Once they found out it was indeed a special day, they gave us a complimentary dessert with green tea, matcha cake and a pudding. The chef came to greet us and congratulated us in our special occasion. I would come back for the service and kindness they showed us. Parking is challenging in this area, but free after 8 pm and free on holidays and Sundays.

More snow and cold weather had me craving ramen. I kept it simple with the Tokyo Ramen (tonkatsu with chashu, bean sprout, scallion, egg, bamboo shoot, nori) and left warm and full. Noodles can make or break ramen for me and the ones here had a nice thickness to them that I appreciated. I was also intrigued by the their all-you-can-eat menu, may have to stop by and give that a try on a day when I'm a little hungrier.

This was our first time trying Toryumon after walking past it many times and I was pleasantly surprised! It is very nice inside with a full bar and a beautiful mural on the wall. We shared the bulgogi buns, we got a lychee martini and the Tokyo iced tea to drink, both strong but good. I got some tamago sushi, a sweet potato roll and the yummy roll, all very good, highly recommend. My boyfriend got the bulgogi entree dish, it was absolutely delicious and so flavorful. We ended the night with strawberry mochi which was just okay. The service was great, very nice and quick without rushing us. I can't wait to come back and try more things!!

This place was awesome!!After a long day of walking arounf the city and site seeing, we found ourselves at the Japanese spot. They were pretty busy when we arrived but was sat almost right away (didn't have to wait too long). The restaurant was nice and cozy and servers were very welcoming! They have great menu selections (they got something for everyone). We ordered some Bao Buns, gyozas and some nigiri to start. Bao buns were tasty and soft, gyozas were crispy and delicious!! Nigiris were fresh as well. Awesome selections of specialty fishes and Wagyu was also available!!We enjoyed everything!!

One of my favorite ramen spots in the dmv area but it isn't as good as ramen in California or Asia.Their ramen is definitely better than their sushi. The service here is a hit or miss depending on how busy they are. Overall ambiance is clean and regular sushi spot who sells ramen.

I enjoyed this ramen, and I'm kind of a ramen snob. The restaurant is cute and the service is good. I would rate them slightly above average.
