Never ordered from here but it was fire! Only wish the pizza came in a larger size but that might just be me being greedy lolWe got it for delivery but I guess because of the commute it was cold when it arrived. Didn't take away from the fact that it still looked great and tasted good I'd definitely recommend trying this place out for sure.

Actually.. Pretty decentI picked up my Bentley.... Hey it's not what you think I do like the crust, nice and airy but it's on the thin side and even the leftovers the next day were tasty. I think they skimp on toppings and cheese The price is $20 . Which isn't cheap. For an individual zaParking is free in the streetThe place has seating if you want to dine inCounter staff were friendly I'll leave this on my list of keepers

I intentionally ventured into DC to try this place. It's a quaint neighborhood place. There's outside seating and a few spaces inside. The music was great. You order then you sit. Service was quick. I had the pulled pork empañadas which were served with some amazing sauce. The empañadas were made from the pizza dough which made them chewy. The prickly pear lemonade was super tasty. I just wish I had more lemonade and less ice. My pizza was the Pretty in Pepperoni. I would have liked more cheese and pepperoni on mine. I enjoyed to chewiness of the crust as well as the flavor of it. All in all it was a nice experience. The parking was rough.

We keep our pies simple. Cheese, pepperoni, basil (if we're feeling adventurous). If the pizza maker uses quality ingredients, toppings are unnecessary. Timber gets this, delivering (literally) a quality pie crust, sauce, and cheese. Yes, they check all the boxes and we enjoyed our "boring" pizza very much.

It's solid pizza, especially for the DC area. I'm a little torn about not giving Timber 5 stars given how many people rave about it. Their pies are solid, especially for the DC area (where the overall quality of pizza can be...not NYC). Some of their pizzas maybe get too cute, and their margherita execution falls short, but I do really enjoy their Shirley. It's a situation where if I'm having pizza, I prefer Timber to most other options. But you're not fooling your tastebuds into thinking they're in NYC or Italy. For DC though, one of the best options easily.

I can't say enough good things about how delicious Timber Pizza's gluten-free crust is. I think I asked the server 5 times if they had mistakenly given me regular crust! I had half Bentley (with slow roasted pork) and half the Lot. I love that you can do half and half even with complex ingredients. The indoor space is small but I sat at the bar and had an absolutely lovely time. I cannot wait to go back!

Top notch Pizza, probably the best in DC with Stellina being a very very close second. Great atmosphere filled with great people working there. Although it was a very small place it had a super comfortable vibe to it. Sat at the bar and enjoyed a couple cocktails that were absolutely amazing. It's definitely a beer focused place but the cocktails did not disappoint. Pizza came out quick, and 100% cooked to perfection. Highly recommended, just a solid place cooking up some amazing pizza. Go for the pizza, stay for the atmosphere and service!!!

Great pizza! I ordered a pizza, can't remember the name but it was so good! Love that you can customize your pizza and they had a few other non traditional items for a pizza spot on the menu.

Pizza lovers - look no further, Timber Pizza is IT. On Petworth's Upshur Street is Timber Pizza, a Michelin Guide DC featured Neopolitan-style pizza joint. Start with the slow roasted pork empanadas and red sauce fav, the Bentley. The amalgamation of sweet and savory flavors with a high quality cheese and particularly memorable crust creates a unique flavor profile. With this experience in mind, I'm excited to try other menu items including the Cheese Please (simple choice, yes, but I imagine it will be awesome), the Penelope, and the Darryl salad. I must also mention the friendly staff, open kitchen concept, quick service, and expansive drink menu. Timber Pizza offers many draft beers, wine on tap, and craft drinks for your meal. Run, don't walk, to Timber Pizza for your next casual dinner.
