I came here to Tilly's Kitchen in Chantilly with a friend on New Year's 2025.I ordered the Spicy Seafood Ramen -- as first time here, and there's a bird flu goin on so chicken was outta the question -- and also got the Salmon Nakigiri or w/e it was called which was Raw Salmon.Seafood Ramen was amazing, probably one of best Ramen I've tried around the area. Easily it beats Jinya Ramen in Reston which is nothing epic. By comparison, this seafood ramen was epic.Somewhat expensive will say, but the bowl itself was large and the food was quite filling, so can't complain. The raw salmon nakaigiri or w/e was ok, nothing to write home about.Overall that ramen rocked. Hope to be back, then I'll try something else.

FOODBoth Gavi Brunch Cafe and Tilly Kitchen offer various Korean/Japanese/Chinese-inspired dishes-- from takoyaki, sushi, Korean street sandwiches, bibimbap, and more. At Gavi, we tried the donkatsu and kimchi bulgogi sandwiches, both of which were beautifully presented and filling. The donkatsu sandwich was on the heavier side and a bit messy to eat. The kimchi bulgogi sandwich was incredibly juicy, but the juices pooled at the bottom, leaving one half of the sandwich soggy that was prone to falling apart. We found ourselves needing extra napkins to catch the mess and wished the plates were larger to better accommodate the sandwiches' size and messiness.DRINKSVarious coffee/matcha/milk drinks are available for purchase at Gavi Brunch Cafe. Here, I had the iced tiramisu latte, which was light, flavorful, and not too sweet. While it included mascarpone, a rolled wafer, and a sprinkle of cinnamon or chocolate powder, the $7+ price tag felt steep for what it offered.AMBIANCETilly Kitchen provides a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for catching up with friends or working remotely. The space offers free Wi-Fi (no password required) and plenty of outlets throughout the seating areas. The bathrooms in the back of the food hall are clean and tidy.PARKINGAmple parking is available in the plaza lot.

Food: I only tried the kimchi bulgogi egg sandwich so my review is purely just for that but it was one of the BEST sandwiches I've ever tasted. A perfect balance of umami and if I wasn't on lunch #2, I would have tried more items. I cannot wait to go back+!

So many options! Great for takeout and great eating there as well. The chicken katsu is crispy and the curry added more flavor to the dish. The Rose Tteokbokki with Bacon is ssssoooo good!!!

The building itself is called "Tilly's Kitchen" but it is a food hall with 2 businesses inside. One is called Tilly Kitchen and Gavi Brunch. The place is set up like a food hall with the 2 different businesses in their own space. The food hall has tons of seating and different rooms too. The patio area is nice and big and great for outdoor dining. You order at the counter or the self ordering kiosks. You add your phone number for notification when the food is ready or you get a buzzer if you order at the counter. You get your own utensils and bus your own trays and plates to the designated areas.I decided on Tilly's Kitchen and ordered sushi combo A, soondubu (non spicy), TK signature Katsu sandwich and tteokboki. Every item was great but the sushi. The fish did not taste fresh.. and the nigiri was way too loaded with rice and not enough fish. For dessert, I ordered a strawberry bingsoo at Gavi Brunch and I am happy I did. It was the so delicious! the highlight of my meal.

Vibes of the place are amazing! They have an enclosed space that's a little quieter if you want to study. Lots of seating in and outdoor! Food was okay to be honest...not really worth the prices for some and would much rather go to a different restaurant for the items we ordered. We had the peruvian chicken sandwich from gavi cafe and for $12? It was good for sure but not filling and the size was smaller from when they used to be known as semicolon. The jjajjangmyeon noodles sauce was bland and the meat/onions to noodles ratio was wayyyy off. The soondubu didn't taste like much and we asked for tofu only but they gave us beef as well? The cashier and workers were nice and friendly though. Would only go back for the study space but as for food..eh I'm okay.

The food here is SO AMAZING, this establishment is a place where I want to be able to try every single item on the menu! The presentation is so beautiful and I liked how they put the toppings outside so it doesn't get soggy before I eat it. The service is always so quick too! The ramen was spicy and so aromatic. The udon soup was so flavorful. I highly recommend both!

This was my first time visiting this place. I knew I wanted to visit because I've been passing by Tilly Kitchen for months every time I was in the area and because of Yelp reviews. The building itself shows "Tilly Kitchen" but is actually a food hall with 2 separate businesses inside...Tilly Kitchen (Korean food) and Gavi Brunch Cafe. I originally came here knowing I wanted to order the Portobello Mushroom sandwich, but decided to check out the Tilly Kitchen menu. This is a brilliant idea, and i feel like they probably could've added more (smaller) businesses). I ordered the Tteokbokki with bacon (less spicy)...but without the bacon. I've been seeing this dish trending a couple years ago and had to try it. It was pretty good, maybe next time I'll try the spicy one. They have so many other menu items: ramen, small bites, sushi, etc. There is a lot of seating available, inside near the counters, a separate inside area away from the counters and outside. The decoration is very nice, but they looked like fake leaves/plants. There is a self-ordering kiosk for the Tilly Kitchen menu. Staff is just exceptionally friendly; I felt uncomfortable just leaving the dishes there for them to clean up. I would return for sure, to try other items on the menu for both food spots.
