Living in D.C., we're big fans of the Tiki Garden Thai Street Food on H Street NE. It was a pleasant surprise to see another location in Alexandria. If you love Thai food, go here! The inside space is no-frills, but it's spacious and service is always friendly and efficient. The menu has all the usual Thai suspects and everything is delicious. If you like spice, order the Spicy Basil Fried Rice with chicken. With no spice, my seven-year-old daughter loved the Thai Fried Rice with chicken. Portions are large! For dessert, the mango and sticky rice is worth getting. The rice is black, but tastes like the dessert you're used to.To drink, I enjoyed the Thai iced tea and my daughter enjoyed the lemonade. It strikes the right balance of sour and sweet. Our entire bill came to just under $50 for the two of us.

I ordered from this Thai restaurant on UberEats, and it exceeded expectations! The food traveled well, was authentic, flavorful, and had the perfect amount of spice. The Tom Yum soup, papaya salad, and drunken noodles with shrimp and tofu were fresh and delicious.I also loved the variety, with Vietnamese options like pho on the menu. Portion sizes were great, and everything was well-cooked without being greasy. Definitely a new favorite for Thai in the neighborhood!

They have everything you could expect at a thai restaurant. Food , service, ambiance was nice. We ordered crispy basil cat fish as the main dish and it was just the right amount of heat.

I called to verify they had vegan options and was very surprised when the person ask if I was vegan and gluten free or just vegan, I love when restaurants are knowledgeable about vegan options. We ordered the pineapple fried rice and pad see ew, both tasted great, can't wait to try more.

Ordered chicken pho, drunken noodles, and mango sticky rice for dessert. The pho soup was ok, the noodles were very tasty & spicy. The mango sticky rice was also very delicious! Our waiter was attentive, but the attitude could have been a bit better or cheerful.

I finally found an excellent Thai place in Alexandria! After moving from the Springfield area a few years ago, I've been desperately searching for something as good as Thai Ghang Waan. I tried so hard to like Sisters Thai and a few other Old Town spots, but I just found the food really mediocre. I am thrilled that Tiki Garden Thai Street Food has opened up on Duke Street. I went in on my birthday on a whim with two other adults and two children. We had a variety of food: crab rangoon, curry puffs, Thai gyoza, tom kha ga, and chicken wings to start. Drunken noodles, pineapple fried rice, crispy catfish, and tiger steak for mains. Everything was outstanding; all hits, no misses. The other x-factor is that ever since I had my second baby, eating out at most restaurants bothers my stomach. No clue why. I can add this restaurant though to my small list of restaurants that don't give me any stomach issues. So grateful! Will definitely be back. The service was also outstanding. Thank you, Luis, for a great evening.

Most authentic Thai food and drink! Young coconut juice and mango juice are outstanding. Rice excellent, garlic shrimp best outside of Thailand. Beautifully decorated and lighted space, excellent service, good prices and portions. Easy parking and easy to reach location. Spicing is done according to your wish, so don't fear it's too hot for you. Lots of variety of appetizers and soups, salads and main dishes. One of the best restaurants in the DMV.

Tried this new restaurant tonight with my family. We enjoyed all of the dishes, which all had vibrant and authentic flavors. The papaya salad was pleasantly spicy and didn't skimp on flavor. The tiger grilled beef with sticky rice was really good. Service was very friendly and prices are reasonable. Glad they're in my neighborhood. There are several interesting sounding dishes on the menu I look forward to trying.
