The Sea Restaurant

The food was amazing! We are glad we found another great Peruvian restaurant. We will go again.

The service was great. I got to the restaurant early before opening. The restaurant staff let me in and made me feel welcome. All employees were friendly.The first thing that coughed my attention was the interior decoration. The floor was painted like the sea, It had fishing nets hanging on the wall. It gave you a vibe like you were at the sea. The food was amazing. The seviche was my favorite dish, and it was nicely decorated with a plate on top of a boat. However, the arroz con mariscos is not a bad choice.Saturday night, they have live music. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

We went here for dinner and karaoke. They didn't seem to know how to work the karaoke equipment at first so it was delayed, and the advertised time for the karaoke was incorrect. The advertised drink specials were also incorrect, and we had to show it to them before they eventually honored it. The drinks were terrible. No sugar or flavor in them and it was like drinking stale water but it was supposed to be a pineapple margarita. This is the first time I ever had a bad margarita. The food was overpriced for the little portions we got. We felt hungry still after spending over $100 there and felt as if we got ripped off. There were extra mysterious charges that we had to ask them about and have them correct. Besides one other group of 4 people, we were the only other group there and yet the service was slow. My friends speak Spanish fluently so there was no issue with communication. The sound system is good, bathroom was clean and the staff were otherwise nice but we will not return.

The service was amazing, I'm not too sure what the previous reviews are about. Also, to the yelper who gave a one star for a waitress not speaking English, if the waitress doesn't speak English, you don't have to be a jerk about it if they use a translator. I've been to authentic high end and family ran restaurants where the menu isn't in English, doesn't mean you give shit to them or complain about. Learn to be at least a decent human being. Anyways, this spot is fairly new, and needs to be exposed ASAP. Pero, the service like I said, the waitresses are so sweet and offered suggestions of their favorites, which now I found my favorite Peruvian dish; lomo con huancaina. The mussels were so refreshing, a little bit salty but still refreshing.Aji de gallina was soooooo good, pero there wasn't enough of it! The chicken fell apart and the sauce was smooth and buttery, ask for the yuca on the side!! Will not regret it.

We ordered tequila soda - they charged us $12 per shot for the tequila and a separate charge of 8.97 for the soda. Total rip off on the drinks. I've never seen a $9 charge for soda water that is mixed with my tequila that I also was charged for. That's ridiculous. The food was just ok. Nothing to write about. Not coming back to this place. The place was just way too loud that as I complained to the server he couldn't hear anything I said and just nodded his head smiling all night. Ambiance - zero stars. Price for drinks - minus 10 stars. Food - 3 stars. Go somewhere else!

Very friendly service. I liked the Jalea Mixta which is a fried seafood platter with fish, shrimp, calamari, yucca and Peruvian corn. This restaurant has 2 large bars with seating as well as a dining room. Lots of TVs. Nicely remodeled.

Waitress does not speak English. She's using translator on her phone to communicate with me. She brought out complimentary nachos with cocktail sauce. I asked for salsa and she came back with ranch & some other salad dressing. I had to Google a picture of salsa for her. Well let's just say, they have none. What kind of Latin restaurant serves nachos with no salsa. And even with a picture she still did not recognize what I was asking for.The bartender has to be one of the most unprofessional and rudest people I've encountered in a long time. He apparently speaks English but will not speak to me. Each time I walk up to the bar he points to the waitress. He has not said 1 single word to me.

Food. ...ceviche....first rate..fresh, great seasoning and sufficient amount. Restaurant ambience is also great....clean spacious and goood service. Musicians after 10....awesome and fun!!!!

Visite este restaurant el día de la madre y la comida pésimo. Este es más antro que restaurante Ceviche pésimo, chau fa de pollo, la carne no estaba cocida y su lomo horrible. Buena surte si va a este restaurante l.

It was good, even my little cousin ate and she's picky (she only ate fries and fried fish)They do take the plates away from u right when u finish ur plate which I thought was a lil weird but idrc. My mom was eh on food and she got anticuchos but I liked mine ( tallarines verdes)The white sauce they brought out was so good.The live music was amazing and great song choices.
