The Fresh Deli

Super nice owner I came by for some other business in the building and I wasn't allowed to bring my coffee into the testing center. So after the test I went back and got another cup of coffee and the owner recognized me and said another cup?I told him that the testing center didn't allow coffee in and they made me dump it. The owner was really nice and took mercy on me and let me have another cup for free. The coffee was really really good. I was surprised. Normally when it sits on a burner it gets burnt, but this was really fresh. I guess that's why it's called fresh deli.

The food is amazing!!!!!!The taste, quality and quantity is well worth the price. It can get a bit busy during lunch hours. I suggest calling your order in. They have a website you can view the menu.My biggest issue is the customer service. The lady was very rude and hung up the phone on me. Also, when I came to pick up my food she was still not approachable, kinda rolled her eyes at me for no apparent reason. Real not friendly attitude.!!!All my students complain about the customer service , but the food is so good and it's the closest food place to eat on there lunch break ....

This is the best deli I've been to in a while. The french fries are really real potatoes. All the sandwiches are delicious. The service is always friendly. it is easy to get to. It is in office building but parking is plentiful. This is my go to place whenever I need a good sandwich.

This hidden gem is inside of an office complex, it's definitely fire. I've been a few times and everything is always so good but this past time I had a bulgogi cheesesteak - this is a MUST try. The bulgogi flavor sets it off, it was an instant favorite. They get busy during lunch rush but they pretty quick, expect a short wait. Will of course be back for me.

Very nice people!! They are very accommodating--we even have a couple of dishes named after us after coming here for so long. The food is great for a mid day meal at the office. Definitely recommend stopping here if you're in the area and in the mood for a quick bite!

The staff here are great, and the food is fantastic deli food (especially for the local area, I am from NYC originally so I always try to scope out something close to my bagel shops and jewish delis). It may not carry a bunch of different bagel sandwiches, but it definitely hits the spot when I have a craving for a breakfast sandwich or pancakes.Couple words of warning, though. It is inside one of the office buildings, so it can be hard to find. However, once you put it in a GPS, then open the office door you are led to, you can not miss it. Also, this place gets very busy during certain times. Especially around lunchtime since a lot of the Purple Line construction and WMATA workers go here. You are better off ordering over the phone and picking up an order. Earlier is usually better because when it does get busy, it is harder for the deli staff to answer the phone and take your order.

Im full!! lol located in an office building, you will find this comforting neighborhood sandwich spot with some big flavor. We got the bulgogi cheesesteak, fries, and the California club - all were solid choices and good portions for the price. While my bulgogi sub could have used more bulgogi flavor, the meat and veggies were fresh and cooked to perfection. You could taste each element and all were seasoned and complimented well. I hate overcooked veggies so I'm glad they know how to do it right! The california club had the same freshness from the avocado to the soft croissant. Delicious. And my fries - yes!! old school shoe string (with skin on) fries cooked crispy and just enough salt to flavor not send you into cardiac arrest!! I'll be back to try other sandwiches but these two were solid!! Try them out.

Located in office building near New Carrolton station. Nice menu for something quick when you're short on time. I like the breakfast sandwiches.

The food is delicious . I didn't think anything of the place when I first walked in. The ambiance of the place reminded me of eating at grandma's home

Ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and was told it does not come with hot sauce,chicken inside was just plain grilled chicken, and if I wanted I can put some on myself if I wanted. Prices were reasonable, but if I was takeaway I would have been very disappointed.
