Love the variety! Staff was great! The place was clean. It is pay by the pound for the buffet. They also have meals you can order.

Breakfast and Lunch choices are plentiful and really really good. It's busy all the time, so that goes to show you how good it is. I however think the prices are ridiculously expensive. Eggs shouldn't be $5-$8. Be careful because as good as the food is they weigh it so be cautious.

If you are a tuna salad fan, I recommend their tuna melt! It comes with a pickle :). Today I visited hoping to order their tuna melt but after a walk around their buffet area I ended up getting a plate. So something to notice, they do not have any signage of price per pound. (Im used to knowing how much Im gonna pay per pound at buffets such as theirs). The buffet has a large variety of foods that range from salads, veggies, chinese food, sushi rolls, and ribs. I noticed their avocado with tomato salad was super popular so I got some it was delicious. I tried the tuna salad, a cold pasta salad, ceasar salad, and their sushi. Actually I kind of went overboard and ended up paying $9.70. I believe the price is okay (not great but not bad for downtown dc). My favorite item from the buffet was the avocado with tomato salad. The Eye Street Grill is convenient and service is fast. This is one of my favorite places downtown because the portions are fair for the price. I would recommend to take your own water bottle cause with the amount you spend with food and if you buy a drink it slowly gets on the pricy side.

Open during COVID! Please give some love to this gem of a local business. Mr. and Mrs. Kim are amazing and they have managed to keep serving customers by pivoting to their extensive grill options vice the popular breakfast and lunch bars. I had a BLT today and no joke the sandwich was 4-5 inches high! Their coffee bar is scaled back but they still have a full selection of cold drinks.

I come here for breakfast sometimes (bacon, egg and cheese crossaint) or for lunch where I get the California Chicken Sandwich with crinkle fries. Great service at this grill which is very popular amongst the employees who work at the Dept. of Veterans Affairs across the street and very clean. Ms. Kim is always walking around cleaning something or making sure the food stays fresh.

I went there today and spend almost $14 $13.35 to be exact for 5 wing dings and a bottled Dr. Pepper. Are you guys just pushing #'s on the register. I wonder if I get one chicken wing in a container how much will it be $7 smh. How are you guys still in business and no one complains about these prices. I will NOT be coming here again blah .

I just discovered this place, they have an AMAZING breakfast buffet until 10:30, lunch starts at 11 with more selections. Breakfast has denver omelet, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, hard boiled eggs, cheese omelet, kilebasa sausage, fried rice, biscuits, gravy, pork and turkey sausage, fresh fruit, grits, oatmeal, chicken wings, etc. Breakfast is $9.99/lb, lunch 10.99/lb, hot cereal $2.50. It's enough food for the whole day. The cold selections for lunch look great but didnt have a chance to try it. Prob one of the best breakfasts in dc.
