Outstanding Venezuelan food in Rosslyn at this food truck. The paragon is seriously good. Fried plantain sandwich with crispy slaw, your choice of meat, sauces, queso... the works. The staff is also very nice, and the smell wafting from this truck during the lunch rush will tell you everything you need to know.

I stopped by this food truck while in Arlington one day. I ordered the beef patacon. I also ordered a side of the spicy green sauce. I think it cost me about $17 with tip. The staff are really friendly and do a great job. I highly recommend stopping by. You won't be disappointed.

This food truck is amazing! I had a work event catered and the owner got us a very reasonable deal. All of the food was very fresh, and of the 50 people at my event everybody absolutely loved it!The menu has a ton of great Venezuelan options, I particularly recommend the arepas and the patacon. They are also lightning quick, everybody got their food fast and exactly how they wanted it.

Amazing food we tried patacon and Sandwich de Pernil, so good so tasty I normally don't review anything but this food,One of the best, totally recommend it, if you see them, you have try their food!!OUTSTANDING!
