My kingdom for a Taco Bell Cantina. What can I say, it's a Taco Bell. You get exactly what you want/need when it comes to the food. I just got the beefy five layer burrito and while it's no quesorito, it was delicious. Open late and it has alcohol so watch out!The poor employees always seem to be scrambling behind the counter, I've never seen this place empty. I highly recommend ordering ahead from the mobile app as the tablets in store do not consistently work (could be due to the flow of drunk college students stumbling through).

I've been duped. What I originally thought the initial bumps here were caused by being a new location, it appears there is NO manager here and the place is chaos. Do not come here on a weekend- it's insanity, especially on a Sunday night.I have come on a week day for lunch and order on the Mobile app and it's been ok but come on a weekend and you will wait 1+ hour and get your whole order wrong.I have waited here on a Sunday where they called my name, I grabbed my food and opened it and it was not mine. I had to bring it back and had already touched other peoples food and it appeared they gave it back to them.I Mobile ordered yesterday and it said it was ready. I brought my food home and it was all wrong- I was missing my gordita crunch, two dorita locos tacos, and the cinnabon bites- I also ended up getting a double shelled taco and two wrong quesidillas? My order had no sticker but I stood and asked the dude "Is this for Katya, are you sure" and they said yes. So I would have to have literally unwrapped each item to know it was blatantly wrong.I am going to dispute the charge with my CC company. Oh- and they still have NO alcohol. This is not a cantina taco bell but rather a horribly managed and ridiculous waste of money.

I really like this Taco Bell as it's much more convenient than the one on Lee Hwy.I've done three mobile orders and they've always been done by the time I arrive to pickup. The folks who work here are very friendly as well.The app does need to fix some basics for this location though. You can't order nachos or other sides, nor can you get the frozen drinks that make the cantina what it is. Not the restaurant's fault but needs to be fixed.

The WORST experience I've ever had. This business should not be here with untrained employees (also understaffed) and bad management overall. I ordered for pickup on a Monday night at 9:45pm. I was notified that my order would be ready for 10:20pm. When I got to the store, I was told I'd have to wait 80 MORE MINUTES for my order. I waited until 11pm and gave up. Walked away with NO FOOD. Everyone else waiting in the store looked visibly frustrated and hungry as well. Will never be coming to this Taco Bell ever again. If Monday night service was this bad, I have no idea how weekends are.

This is literally the worst Taco Bell ever you could order 4 hours ahead and they still wouldn't have the order ready I don't know how they are this incompetent since we all know anyways Taco Bell isn't made to order. Literally the worst location
