Table Talk

Yassssss Table Talk! Such a solid location to doordash from! The food is packaged well and always so tasty. I will try something different next time but I just love that the build your own omelette is big enough to save some for the next day.

I visited this café after a fasting appointment and was quite hungry. I ordered the veggie omelet with home fries and a hot chocolate.Despite its small exterior, the café has ample seating and a charming old-fashioned decor. The bathroom was clean and quaint.The server was friendly but seemed a bit timid. My food took a while to arrive, and by then, I had already finished my drink.While the food was served hot, it lacked seasoning and didn't include cheese, which I should have noted on the menu.I might not return, but I would recommend it to those looking for a café vibe in the area.

What a wonderful find. I had their Crab Benedict with a side of bacon. Both were cooked perfectly! The service was spot on.

Table Talk was crowded but we got seated quickly. It was a bit cramped and people were bumping into me trying to get to the bar seats. I chose poorly and got a bacon egg and cheese sandwich with grits. My wife got the same except with strawberries. The grits were not hot and the sandwich was just ok. I really didn't feel like it was worth the price ($37 for the above with coffees).

Table Talk is always excellent. It reminds me of the classic "coffee shops" of Chicago, where I'm from. Service is always attentive and cheery. Every item on the menu is generous and well prepared. Best corned beef anywhere. My only question is one item on the sandwich menu. What the heck is a Texas Tommie?

This place isn't joking about their big portions. Service is quick. Sausage biscuit and gravy had some kick to it which was really good. Omelette had fresh and good sized toppings. Corn beef hash could have had some more flavor. Also doesn't break the bank even for a diner. Add this place to your breakfast rotation. Overall better than the silver diner chain.

Table Talk is a diner, but a good diner, not a greasy spoon diner. I would say its biggest appeal is its inexpensive prices.We've eaten a baker's dozen or so times here.The menu is very compact, i.e. everything fits onto a single 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper.Dishes are decent. Service is fairly good, though you really shouldn't expect anyone to offer water refills .We used to totally love the burgers here! But they decided inexplicably to switch to Brioche buns. I won't order a burger if it comes on a Brioche bun because those little creeps fall apart so easily. I just can't figure out why so many establishment use Brioche buns, only maybe because they are pretty to look at?Be mindful that while Table Talk has a parking lot, it can fill up at brunch time on the weekends.

I visited Table Talk for lunch. The restaurant was full of customers, and I found a seat very quickly. The service was outstanding, very friendly and efficient staff. I order a BLT with a coleslaw side. The sandwich was large with generous amounts of B,L,T. The coleslaw was excellent with finely chopped vegetables in a creamy and flavorful dressing. I wished I live near by so I could visit Table Talk again.

This place has the best meatloaf I've ever had in my life. I'm a home cooked meal aficionado and this Table Talk hits a home run every time! I also recommend the corned beef hash.....

Charming place with excellent and attentive service. Food was delicious and our server was kind and welcoming. Definitely a go-to for a warm and cozy breakfast spot! Also, the home fries were so good!
