Fresh sushi, great value too! We ordered here twice while at INOVA. My new fav spot and plan to find in. Must are the Vienna roll, phili and sexy shrimp. We also enjoyed the beef udon.

I had to write a 5 star review for this place because their food is outstanding! I tried both the beef udon soup and some sushi, and I'm officially hooked.The beef udon soup is the star of the show! The broth is rich and flavorful, and the beef is tender and perfectly seasoned. The udon noodles are thick and chewy, just the way I like them, and they absorb the savory broth so well. It's the perfect comfort food--warm, hearty, and satisfying.As for the sushi, it's some of the freshest I've had in the area. The fish is incredibly fresh, and each piece melts in your mouth. The rolls are creative without being too out-there, and the balance of flavors in every bite is spot-on. They also take the time to present everything beautifully, which makes the whole experience feel extra special.Service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is cozy but modern. It's definitely my new go-to spot for both sushi and udon. Highly recommend this place if you're in the mood for something delicious and comforting!

I am beyond impressed with Sushi Koji. What a hidden gem! This has to be the best value for high quality sushi in the entire dmv. On weekdays they have a lunch menu with sushi/ramen combos as well! From start to end, I was pleasantly surprised with every dish. Even the house salad had a delicious dressing and I didn't expect the lunch sushi combo to include a steamed egg custard (which hid an entire shrimp inside!) The portions are very generous, with super thick cuts of sashimi and light rice on the nigiri. Even the spicy tuna roll had a little more kick than your typical sushi spot. We also got the seafood kaizen ramen which was one of the best bowls of ramen I've had in the dmv. The noodles are all handmade with a bouncy texture. The broth is rich and flavorful without being too heavy. There was shrimp, squid, and an entire softshell crab in this bowl. Service was quick and attentive. They brought out extra plates and bowls for sharing without us even asking. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. The chef deserves all his flowers and we will definitely be back!

What a great local sushi spot! We dined last night for dinner and ordered a bunch of rolls and nigiris and they were all amazing. We also ordered the fish katsu and that was also delicious. Our 2yo daughter loved it. The food is great but I really liked the vibe of the restaurant. Good music, cozy tables, and great friendly staff. I think I just found my new local spot.

Recently stumbled across this hidden sushi gem tucked away in a small shopping strip. The restaurant is small and intimate and fills up quickly. We showed up around 5 pm to try and beat the rush and were easily seated as a family of 4 on a Friday night. We got an assortment of sushi and were delighted by the quality of the fish. Everything was fresh and delicious. I loved the beautiful plating of the sushi. Would definitely come back for more!

We went here on a Saturday night and it was busy but not so packed you couldn't get a table. It's a cute place that offers sushi and ramen. The service was prompt and we ordered the Red Osaka Roll, Sexy Shrimp, Fried Cali and spicy salmon. These were really good but the sexy shrimp roll was the best.

Was a little skeptical at first trying a Japanese restaurant in Vienna and seeing items like American BLT roll and crawfish roll on the menu. However, their sushi is great quality at a reasonable price. We stayed away from the specialty rolls and went for the traditional sushi, and all the fish was extremely fresh. The portions of fish were very generous, and the quality was surprisingly good. We are always on the hunt for great quality sushi, and we will definitely be revisiting Sushi Koji again.
