Vibe- is chill and cozy. Food- pho, ban mi, appetizers, etc. we both made our own pho. Broth was rich with a sweet essence. Great veggies and love that each table had hoisin and Siracha. Service- it's kinda self service but there are employees to assist.

We ordered Sprig and Sprout to try a new Vietnamese place instead of ordering from our usual restaurant. Overall the food was good and the price was reasonable. We ordered the shrimp summer rolls, pork and chicken eggrolls, a build your own pho, and a vermicelli noodle salad with lemongrass chicken. The eggrolls were very good, not too greasy, the pickled veggies were tasty, and the sauce that came with them was a good balance. The summer roll was okay, my shrimp still had a tail/some shell on it, so that was disappointing and not pleasant, but the peanut sauce was really good. My fiance loved the pho, it was a really cool idea to have a build your own bowl and not something we've seen other places. I really liked the vermicelli bowl, though I do wish there was a little bit more chicken for the amount of noodles and veggies, it felt a little lacking. It also didn't have much lemongrass flavor, so a little bit bland. But the sauce was good, so I used the whole container. Overall it was good and not too long of a wait on DoorDash.

I absolutely love this pho place! It's my go-to meal when I'm feeling under the weather. The menu offers a variety of options like spring rolls, banh mi, and viet tacos. The broth is so delicious, whether it's beef or veggie broth. I always opt for beef though. Additionally, the staff is nice and helpful, and there's plenty of seating available. They also have great music, whether you're dining in or waiting for your carry out meal, you'll be entertained for sure!

The serving sizes here are more than generous! The food was fantastic, well mixed, and they included complimentary seafood air chips which were delightful. The passion fruit juice was great as well.

Just stopped in for something quick to eat on the run so I just ordered the pork and chicken egg rolls with peanut sauce and a Thai ice tea. The egg rolls were delicious. The menu looked really good so I will definitely go back when I have more time. Service was good and the decor was simple and clean.

Get the banh mi but skip the spring rolls! Banh mu was super flavorful and stuffed with pork belly. Spring rolls were soggy from delivery but the inside was good. I'd definitely come back for another sandwich!

Updating my review specifically for the catering they offer! I was hosting a wellness event and was looking for a food pairing that was good for a crowd but still healthy. Sprig and Sprout definitely delivered! I emailed them on Sunday and had everything finalized on Monday for pickup on Wednesday. I got a tray of 30 pieces of vegetarian summer rolls for $45. I also did one of their fruit trays which was absolutely beautiful and full of more than your typical grocery store offerings. When I went to pickup my order I realized I did my math wrong and needed a second tray. They were able to put it together for me in just 20 minutes. 10/10 would definitely order again

I was craving a banh mi and this place did the trick. They have several selections so you build your own in a way. I took a more traditional approach and got the pork belly which was flavored and cooked beautifully. I also added pork pate for $1.5 to keep it traditional. I think $1.50 for pork pate is too much considering that's how it's supposed to be made. But still worth it. I also selected the garlic aioli. A couple notes/suggestions: if you came, go light on the aioli because it overpowered the meat a little bit when it should compliment. The pickled veggies were excellent but also a bit wet a overpowered the meat a little, but it may have been fine if it were for all the aioli. I also got the summer spring rolls which were good but nothing to write home about. It was nice seeing a more traditional roll that wasn't fried. However they do also have fried rolls for those that want that.The sandwiches are a great size. And you can get them to-go or dine-in. It's a casual dining area. Deli style where you order on a screen and then pick up your food. The food came out quick and everyone seemed nice but very minimal interaction with the set upOverall I really enjoyed my sandwich and will definitely go back.

I know one should make a proper banh mi with stale bread, but maybe 1-day old bread--not 3-day bread. The bread was super hard and mouth-cut-able. Additionally, the sandwich was sloppily tossed together such that you had to literally take it a part and reassemble it in or to have a chance at eating it. Throwing a sandwich together without any care toward what it's like to try eating it is stupid. Check the photo below. If you want a stupid banh mi, just order from these guys when they haven't refreshed their bread, which is often. This is what the sandwich looked like AFTER I rebuilt it.
